Dude i got so many egendaries in these last two days i already lost count....
Well i mostly just did quick runs for keys, all on MP6 or MP7. roughly 11 hours total. Coincidently i made a total of 11 machines.
All of that with 500%+ MF
And killed the bosses on the realms at the very least 5 times each.
Let me try to recap real quick.
Dead Man Legacy,
Chantodo WIll,
Logan Claw
Sultan of Biinding sand
Immortal King bigass hammer
Maximus
Warmonguer
2x Lammentation
Wormwood
3x Hellrack
Storm Crow
Well i guess that is it... but im probably forgeting at least a couple.
Edit: just remembered, Swamp Land Waders, Gladiator Gauntlets.. there were more im certain.
Edit 2: Nvm that swap Land i think i got that the day before the patch.
I'm seeing a lot of people on the official forums saying that "doubling" the drop rate of legendaries was bad because they're finding a lot more than twice as many as they were before the patch.
But we shouldn't forget that in the higher MP settings not only monsters do drop more items (%-wise, there's an improved chance of a legendary for every enemy, even white mobs) due to the "extra item" chance, but the extra MF from it boosts our MF to lvls we couldn't possibly achieve before.
If you're farming MP6-7 with 500+ MF and finding a ton of legendaries, things are probably working as intended. Which means you should be able to actually find your own well rolled Immortal King's set, instead of having to use the AH.
Played for like 3 hours or so the last couple days, and I've found 5 legendaries and 1 set item. So, from my pov, they've been definitely increased. The only mf I have is coming from being level 30 paragon and I'm farming only mp3.
for the conspiracy theorist ,6 hours played y-day mp3 no set no legendary
MF? 100?
150-200 with MP/NV. And same here - about 6 hours, nothing so far.
Like I said earlier: if you have better gear and higher paragon level, you have a completely different picture and find lots of legs/sets - just do the math. My friends who are ~20 paragon levels higher also found a lot since the patch. But also, RNG is RNG; I'm having bad luck, they're on a lucky streak.
I've gotten about 10 or so legendaries/sets since the patch. Which for me is a ridiculous amount tbh. I even found a high LOH Echoing Fury and got a pretty penny for it.
its higher. I found my first set piece the first day of the patch after never finding one in over 500 hours of play. But it was a crappy Nats Embrace. Also found a cindercoat. And it sucks too

Thta is exactly my thought...I want a Str, All Res, Crit Chance Lacuni Prowlers... eventually it will drop. Kinda like it was on D2, o wanted a shako.. kept on killing Mephisto until i got it.
Why is MF RnG ? ... RNG should be the stats on the legendary, not finding them.
Why bother increasing MF from gear, NV, MP if RNG is RNG and it sux ?
In my opinion MF should be a more reliable stat. Playing for 4 days at 480%+ MF getting no legendaries isn't right !
You wouldn't be saying that if you played for an hour and found 5 legendaries. The RNG is reliable in the long term, you just have to ride out the highs and lows. If they made it deterministic then there would be side effects, like "I just found a legendary, now I know I have no chance to find another one for 2 hours, that sucks", etc.
Got 3 legendaries (Triumvirate, Madstone and Sever) yesterday in just a quick Stonefort - Ghom run (maybe 40 mins as i only progress with my monk). MP3, 5NV, not more than 20 (^^) MF from items. Also must say that all of them cost less than 1 million (way too far from perfect rolls). So stop whining about droprate please.
4 of us played for ~6 hours yesterday. No sets or legendary drops. Friend played for 10 hours. No set or legendary drops.
Tin Foil Hat - Did Blizz break something with the hotfix or is it just bad luck? I know everyone will say RNG - what have your experiences been since the hotfix yesterday?
The day before I was finding a legendary almost every other run and it was awesome. Granted all of them suck, I still enjoyed the thrill of at least HOPING to get a good roll on an item.
Edit: oh also went 2/12 on key/organ drops on MP6 >.<
Today I got 2 legendaries, one I sold it for 450K too fast, I think I lost some gold there the other frostburn gauntlets, lame, but both I got it without 5 NV stack and I run with less than 30% MF
I got 2 legendaries drop from 1 elite yesterday.. one ilvl 59 xbow and the was ivory tower.. both crap but was pretty awesome seeing two come from the same mob!

Been waiting for that to happen to me! Saw it once and about had a heart attack. lol I am sure when it happens to me I will have a gamegasm.
Low MF, yet I found 5 legendaries in act 2 MP3 in about 2 hours. Was really happy about it. Found that unique 2nd sword that summons demons, has alot of int so I gave it to my follower. Also found a high dex Unity which I sold. =)
It shows in the AH too considering that to sell anything these days you have to just put it up and let it sell for what people will pay. Setting the BIN is just too sketchy.
I managed to get 13 legendaries in one day playing a total of 16 hours Constant A3 MP3 on my monk, on normal days I play around 6-8 hours and usually get a minimum of 3 legendaries.
