If it is Day 1 patch, then why do they even explain workarounds if everyone gonna patch this before playing..?
this patch would be available at May 15, when all people would start their launchers and the launchers starts downloading the latest patch (which would be this)

Not sure if you're serious, but I'll answer anyway. These are the issues we will have until patch 1.02
These won't neccessarily be fixed for 1.0.2, it would be more accurate just to say these won't be fixed at the launch patch but will hopefully be fixed in a later patch.
You cannot list equipped items that have been bought from a vendor.
This should not be an issue. I'm not interested in AH spam from people trying to sell vendor items more expensive than what the vendor charges.
It is possible for your cinematics to stutter and not play well if you begin playing Diablo III immediately when reaching Yellow Data.
Workaround:
Exit Diablo III and fully patch your game. Your cinematics should play fine then.
Yikes. Millions of gamers don't browse internet forums so unless this is under Breaking News at launch they're going to get a lot of complaints in other areas outside the forums.

I don't know what's so misleading about it.
My thinking as well.
"Patch 1.0.1 Day 1 patch known issues list" vs "(Sticky Locked) 1.0.1 Known Issues List - Updated 5/11/12"
One says PATCH... the other does not... Its quite common for known issues not to make it into a patch
they already said day 1 patch 1.0.1 ...... hence its known issues on login day...
Huh? Read the full post by Vasadan. Both of them say "patch".

LAME!
Oh god, what will we do??!!

You don't necessarily fix all known bugs in a patch. You fix the high priority bugs and lower priority bugs get fixed when possible.
How about this; release date is delayed by two weeks to fix all low priority bugs. How would you feel about that?
Or how about this one:
maybe they haven't finished fixing them. or they tried and spawned/encountered other problems from the fix...
