Well you can access more of the installation window then previously allowed. Normally when you click "Install" it would pop up with a message saying that the Fallen Star hasn't landed yet. Or something like that. But instead, I get some ToS to agree with but after that it tells me that there is a problem with decryption.

Trading with your templar will cause you to disconnect and get error 3006 and then be unable to login with no current fix.
DO NOT TRADE WITH TEMPLAR
