Well if you continue watching there was also much resistance within Blizzard to making Diablo female. But they really did design "her" well. The other iterations you see would have looked terrible, but its really diablo with a longer/slender body but still seems just as deadly and intimidating. Diablo can take the bodies of humans, why should he be restricted to males?

I second this. Your own summary of what happened in the cinematics isn't a violation of any copyright or trademark Blizzard might have. You might as well detail what happened if you're not going to post the videos.
If you were honestly contacted by Blizzard that just pisses me off. I can't believe a company would do that. If they did, and sued you for copyright infringement, you should counter-claim for invasion of privacy, which under California law can be done under California Consumer Legal Remedies Act Section 1770(a) for violation of the Invasion of Privacy Act. While its hard to believe this contact actually happened, if it did I doubt it was done through legitimate means. Unless you have your personal contact information tied to your boiler149 moniker, that is some messed up shit.

Thanks Enty for your support. Everyone can blast me all they want, does not really matter to me because at the end of the day whether you believe me or not I will be the one watching all the special features tonight at home. However, despite what some think, I did in fact receive a call from a Blizzard attorney and that is the reason that I will not be posting anymore spoilers. These pictures where in fact taken and uploaded today and I'd venture a guess that if a Blizzard attorney called you, then you would stop posting spoilers. While I am certain everything will get leaked before release it will not be from me.
