I'm desperate for a good game that I can play to kill some time, but everything just feels so very dull when all I got on my mind is Diablo 3. Still have an active WoW sub for about a week, but I just log on for a few min to chat with friends and that's about it. Tried getting in to Borderlands again but it's so boring to play alone or with randoms.
Thinking about Torchlight, but is it really as repetitive as people say it is?
I'm still subscribed to EVE online, by virtue of the fact I can trade in-game currency for gametime. I haven't actually logged in for more than a change of skill queue, but if the winter expansion is as promising as it looks that might change.
(Any others currently playing or "winning," at EVE feel free to PM me. We need a support-group thread here, imo.)
I have been playing Dawn of War II lately. I wasn't particularly impressed with the first game in the series, because I dislike resource management. The less, the better; that's the main reason why I don't play 4X games. Anyway, when I read that DoW II incorporates some RPG elements into the gameplay, I had to give it a try. I managed to find the Gold version fairly cheaply (around 10 €), and after I had installed it and finished the first missions on Calderis, I was ready to say that it was one of the best games I had ever played. Now, many missions later (haven't finished the main campaign yet, not to mention the Chaos Rising expansion), the charm hasn't dimmed a bit. Quite the opposite.
I personally I can't stop playing Minecraft. I host my own server with some friends, and it is near never-ending fun.
That being said, minecraft isn't everyone's cup of tea. (I never thought it would be mine *no pun intended*
I also am leveling a barbarian solo and trying to get him to Baal. Unfortunately I am stuck at Act IV, the mobs are just in too big of packs for my barb and barb merc to handle! :/
So, I spend 30 min- 1 hour a day leveling him.
I would play other games, but my computer is too weak.
I also recommend Civilization 5. (quite alot of depth to it.)
Additionally, I really enjoy Rise of Nations, especially with my friends. (Strategy game buff :D)
I am playing SWTOR. Although the game is new and has many many minuses, i am with my friends and making new ones. Also playing Eve Online. Not much of a hardcore player though. Putting some skills to training, mining a bit or missioning etc.
i play Path of Exile, LOL, StarCraft 2, and just starte yesterday on Hellgate (the old Hellgate London).
and just logging in to D2, but only playing for like max 1-2houres a day.
i played D2 to much, so im looking forward to when D3 is reales, so i can have my life back
you get it??
