Seriously, I got mine and am looking for a why moving forward. I think I'll just work on my non-seasonal's as they've been neglected and are weak in comparison lately.
I will be doing until I finish chapter 4 and then will delete character. Only reason is to get the portrait frame and banner on the off chance that someday I might care to use them. I am hoping that with the Necro release that will give us the opportunity to acquire three more stash tabs through seasons to fill out the third page in the stash.
I absolutely am doing season 10 despite having all stash tabs. I am not a hoarder and never have been...never will be. For me it's just about the challenge of starting over with nothing and seeing how far I can get. If I make it past Conqueror (and sometimes Guardian), then fine.
I would say the new pets, if offered are some motivation. The portraits aren't much motivation personally, I can see how they could be, just don't feel it.
As for the tabs, seems the more tabs I get the more I need,

I may have a problem...
No you don't have a problem, sir ^^. if you have more tabs you tend
to keep items that you would have thrown away because you have the empty space anyways.
But you see the difference between 5 or 10 stacks after clearing the not needed stuff ^^.
But for many of us since 2 seasons there is no new tab and it did not get replaced by another reward...
I am not a huge fan of cosmetics as a motivation factor. But i have to say i am always happy if i find a new pet.
I did not farm for it specifically but have gotten all the pets due to the needed bounty runs.
But did they mention that there will be new pets? Blizzard has kept its efforts to the minimum since 1 month to add
something to 2.5
Wow! Just don't get the attraction to the fresh start. This is the 10th season. How many times can you do the same thing over and over again? Seasons offer me nothing now that I have all the stash tabs.

well, I mean you could say the same about nonseason. How often can you do the same thing over and over again (GRifts with the same equip and build)?
What's special about a season start is that you have to deal with what you get. Creating a build is the most fun in these games, at least for me. Once I have this build completed, it stops being fun after a few runs. It's the same in other games like PoE. Leveling and seeing how your build slowly comes together is what's fun. Grinding the endgame maps over and over again is boring af.
What you say is very true. That's why I am currently playing Grim Dawn. It takes no time at all to get to level 70 in D3 and then your easy gear gift comes to you. After 10 seasons I do not see that as any different than playing non-season. It is all just doing the same thing "over and over again". Right now this game could not be more boring and until we get some new things to do it holds no attraction for me. Just my opinion.....
Getting the stash tabs were never the reason I did seasons in the first place.
Will continue to do guardian every season until I find another game I'd rather play. Not going to bother with NS aside from the couple weeks between seasons.

Yep exactly. The game as a whole is really stale to me now. But the gameplay is addicting. Hence why most people cant let go of the game.
I really don't want to do SC seasonal anymore as I have most ancient gear piece for all the classes. So What i decided was Crusader, WD, and DH will be played in pure HC. Wiz, Barb and monk SC only. This gives me only 2 options of DH and WD season 10 because in season 9 I played HC crusader. Or I decide to go SC barb and focus on making a Primal ancient zbarb (for the shits and giggles).
Due to the being forced to do set dungeons stipulation that Blizzard gave us. I might even just stop after finishing CH4. I finally completed all 24 set dungeons to get the green angel wings. I don't like the mastery wings, so I didn't master the dungeons. Its not worth doing them again. As for the portrait frame. Ehh its nice, but it doesn't look as nice as the guardian season 8 frame or even the season 3 frame.
For reasons already stated, the fresh start putting builds together is a great feeling!
That being said, we all share that feeling, which is why I do think the Necromancer will bring life to D3 again.
Think about it, we all love grinding for loot, trying our builds etc.... Well, Necro is going to be completely fresh, not only will we have sets, but LoN will be worth trying for tons of combo's as well. It will be a great feeling!
In fact, I wish they would just release a new class each year for the next 5 years as they work on perfecting D4. That new class feel would allow many to try new things related to builds and gameplay, which is really what we all want!
I'm doing seasons, coz my stash in non-season is completely full (I have all classes there, just the basic sets and corresponding legendaries take a lot of space...), so I can play around with different stuff much more than within seasons.
BTW, still didn't empty my "seasonal mail", even though I salvaged a lot in season before season end. It's a hassle to juggle around with all that stuff

This. C1-4 then leave until next set of portraits in the hope of new content one day.

There's a cap on stash tabs? Why? I have 2 tabs fully unlocked, is that cap?
I enjoy seasons for the fresh start.
I like the race to get full set of items and pick a different class each season.
The stash tab is just a bonus for me.
I also feel at the start of a season more people are online so finding a good group is easier than the default server.

Same reasons as some above: Im going HC only for S10 (With a bit of SC group mebbe)- so a fresh start see how far i can get HC
