That's nothing like the Siegebreaker. Relax yourself. And if anything the Siegebreaker is like Duriel, not the other way around.
If you chose to go this route , then calm your tits bro.
Apart from the different model, looks exactly the same fight . I was expecting a fatality of some kind based on certain conditions, like a hp threshold.
And btw learn to accept the fact that your opinions are not unanimous. People can really be split into 2 categories. Those who can accept that fact and those who don't.

I'm curious, what about this fight makes u think claim this looks like "exactly the same fight"? I mean if your referring the model (i.e. that some-what centaur like appearance) then I guess.. Somewhat, but then again Duriels appearance was set wayy before Siegebreaker so I guess one could say Siegebreaker was somewhat inspired by Duriel.
Other than that though, the two fights seem completely different. Unless ofcourse your really generalizing like saying "well both fights have grabs and adds" but one could use that logic to say every boss is a carbon copy of every boss.
I agree that PoE has cool boss fights, but I disagree that they are something revolutionary. They are still "move around attack, move around attack". They just made it different enough.
And you haven't even seen the full boss fight... you saw a small glimpse at a small part of one of the multiple bosses. If you dislike it that much I am sure PoE has its doors open for you. I feel like PoE players are super insecure and they feel forced to come to Diablo forums and Diablo's fan pages and just try to praise PoE even though the game has a plethora of issues of its own and has a very specific demographic target that likes more complex games with very flashy visuals and God complex end game (nothing wrong with that).

I think you dont know what he's refering to.
it's about the grabbing of your character
So any boss that has a grab (that looks nothing like the Siegebreaker's grab) makes it automatically Siegebreaker 2.0? Ok.
In that case Diablo may as well be considered a copy of the siege beast as well since he also grabs the player.

It's just that I am expecting much more from a Blizzard game. I played Poe almost as muchas D2 , D3 , Titan quest and Grim Dawn.
Out of all , Poe is the only one who have radically different boss fights. From Atziri, to Shaper , to elder.
Each boss require a change of approach, each fight keeps you on the edge and requires you to unlearn the strategy from previous fights.
Different reflexes , timings and change of pace is what we should see between major bosses .
D2 I understand, developed pre 2000, not much to expect.
But D3 was horrible, move around, attack, move around attack.
You would expect them to at least evolve a bit in a title such as Diablo 4.
Then again, one of my biggest faults is still having hope in Blizz. I forget that diablo was actually created by condor, sponsored by blizzard south.
