It seems like everytime i full MF for a kill i get all lvl 55's items so much so that I dont even MF anymore cause i get worse quality gear and this is over days of farming not a qq thread over hours. So anyone else finding the same thing?
Nope, and what you say is definitely not true at all. MF doesn't affect the iLvl of the gear you get, it affects the quality of gear. I am getting plenty of iLvl 61+ rares in Acts I and II (not saying most of them are in any was good, but they're not all under 61).
Here, education is good: (WTF? Can't post URL's anymore? Here, just google "Diablo III magic find")
Magic Find - Changes the drop chance of an item an enemy drops, from being Grey/White, to Blue/Yellow/Orange.
EXAMPLE
Drop Chance: 5% Magical, 95% Non-magical
Non-magical Quality: 45% damaged (Grey), 55% normal or superior (White) (This is the 100% spread that is packed within the 95% chance)
Magical Quality: 70% chance to be magical (Blue), 25% chance to rare (Yellow), 5% to be legendary (Orange) (This is the 100% spread that is packed within the 5% chance)
Magic Find increase the DROP CHANCE value of magical items.
Previous Chance: 5%
With 100% MF: 10%
With 200% MF: 15%
The QUALITY chance of the item doesn't change based on your MF, nor does the drop chance of a different ilevel of an item. Those are all static values. And of course, MF has no bearing at all on the stats of the item either. Those are statically rolled when it drops from the lovely, massive, RNG table of magical properties.

You have to add in the chance to not drop loot.
Because with no stacks of NV, belial inferno drops 2-5 pieces of loot (gray to orange quality).. at least for me when I farmed him. But with 5 stacks.. that number went up to 7-12 pieces of loot.
The biggest thing MF does is add more drops. And from those drops you see more blue and higher quality items.
This is assuming MF = NV where as more stacks of NV only raises your MF stat and that's it. If NV does something extra for you then I'm not aware of that.

Playing Diablo since 97. I know nothing and having nothing good to say, I be a troll.

NV increases MF *and* (at 5 stacks) guarantees at least one rare drop from champ packs and bosses.
So, let's change that to maybe.... 5% Magic, 80% Non-Magic, 15% Nothing
That better?
Bosses and Champions have more... diverse loot tables in that they get multiple rolls.
And of course yes, NV tricks them out more with an ADDITIONAL guaranteed yellow. The +75% MF from 5x NV stacks is static to the functionality of MF in general, just like having +75% on your gear would be.
It's fairly noticeable to me. I switch my gear before most kills (unless it's a hard pack and I just want it to die), and I notice a pretty big difference on average between the kills I don't switch and the kills that I do (I have around 220-250% MF before NV if I recall correctly)
I often don't get any rares unless I switch my gear on the kill before I reach 5 stack NV. When I switch I often get 1-2 rares before 5 stack NV. At full stacks I've even had a few 4 rare pack drops with my MF gear on.
With 5 stack NV I have 250 MF. Farming act one I get an average of 3, yes 3, rare items per elite pack. Jailer and Butcher generally give me 3-4. I also get a legendary once every 5 or so runs. Yes, MF matters.
The problem with MF, is that if you have 75 with no NV stacks a pack doesn't guarantee a rare drop. But if you have ZERO MF and you 5 stack NV(this gives you 75 MF) you are guaranteed a rare off a pack. If I'm 5 stack NV some packs will drop 2-3 rares, but with 75 MF and no stacks there is slim to NO chance of a rare.....WTF blizz is all I have to say.
Edit:
The video on the front page of this site, posted a couple days ago mabey, has some really really GOOD pack locations, I usually only farm act 1 now and can pull 40-50 rares in 1 30 min run +150k gold at least. To answer your question, No MF doesn't help, stack damage and survivability stats and WRECK packs over and over.....

Its a specific bonus to NV, to encourage you do actually kill the champ/elite packs.

Well if almost every pack dropped a rare then these pieces would hardly be "rare" to begin with...

5 stack buff guarantees at least 1 rare. thats the point of the buff. working as intended.

They are very much "hardly rare", and i know this is working as intended. Take advantage of it. If it takes you more than 10 seconds to kill a pack your not going fast enough.(aka drop bad stats and get GOOD STATS) Don't waist gold on getting MF either, If you find peace's that are decent keep them, I have full set of MF gear and GF gear. Blizz does NOT want you to be required to carry around a 2nd set of gear just to be "more efficient with drops". Lylirra has specificaly talked about it.

Working EXACTLY as intended.
This ^.
NV has specific, hidden "bonuses," to encourage farming multiple champion packs. MF and NV, while inter-related, are also separate mechanics. On that note, MF is absolutely worth it in the long run, assuming you aren't gimping stats (and as a result your farming times and efficiency).
Im not saying at all that NV is working "Not as intended" I'm saying that MF as a stat on gear isn't worth it. Just my opinion tho, and people are more than welcome to keep stacking the MF on their gear.
Edit: When I wear my MF gear it takes to long to kill packs and im not makeing "good use" of my time. IMO. Mabey this has to do with my MF gear being sub-par. Packs do drop more loots! But if a pack takes me 1-3 minutes to kill that IS NOT a good use of time in game =D
Quality (or roll) of the affixes on a specific item is purely luck. MF will not increase the quality of the affixes. MF increases the amount of rares you will find (blue and yellow).
For example
Act1 has a 2% chance to drop ilvl63 gear. Having 100% find means you will actually end up with 4% chance of finding ilvl63. If you can somehow manage to bring your MF to 300% you will end up with 6% chance to find ilvl63.
The biggest thing you will notice is that when you throw on MF, you will notice that you get more yellows drop. I can consistently get 3 yellows to drop from a pack upon 5 stacks of valor plus switching my MF gear on just before the killing blow to an elite. “Why would you need to do that?” Well, this goes back to the first point about luck. If I can consistently get one extra rare per pack that would theoretically cut the time to find “that godly item” by 30%. Of course, rolls still always comes down to luck but at least you get more ilvl62+ to roll.
