That bow, along with Hungering Arrow (115% weapon damage), plus Cinder Arrow (35% additional fire damage over 8 seconds), plus the actual legendary set item stats, plus other gear, etc.
I would guess (just guess), that fully decked out we might do somewhere around what 4-5k dps?
15 mil divided by 4 is 3,750,000. 3,750,000 divided by 5,000 is 750 is 12.5 minutes.
Considering the internal testers were fighting things for hours, I think either they had really crap gear (which they had approx 1 tier below the boss), which they didn't, or maybe we won't do 4-5k...
Maybe we will do more? The suspense abounds. (I am admittedly bad at math, just fyi)
Edit: I also recall, in some video, seeing health numbers. There is also a video out that shows some inferno gear stats... unfortunately, I can't find either at the moment. :/
Id say we definitely will be doing more. 6-10k was pretty norm for a lot of classes in D2 and they don't have nearly as many buffs or things associated with damage as D3 does. Id expect most classes to be doing 5-15k a shot with skills.
Close!
late hell (probably 60) Wizard using Diamond Skin with rune, Diamond Shard (lvl 56, 155% wpn dmg aoe after absorbing 10k dmg)
Other thing to note is Spectral Blade doing 6k x3 dmg in that same video. Video from Blizzcon 2011

Thye numbers could have changed, but that's pretty interesting.
amazing gamer? not even close. im just your average pro gramer and pretty much everyone i know IRL achieve the same things easily as will tons of people on this site.
ooh so now you aren't "amazing" or "great" you're just an "average pro." hahahaha you're funny
no ones bragging, im just stating a fact that im decent and games arent hard which is common knowledge to real gamers. if people are taking it that im bragging and somehow the things i say makes me "insanely good", they just must be THAT bad. sorry bro
Yup, we must be bad. The things that you say don't make us think that you're "insanely good." They make us think that you are an internet tuff guy who thinks that he has to flex his epeen to get any attention. Sad.

"omfg your comparing games and stating you beat one?!?! you must be bragging and showing your epeen wtf!?!" = what your doing.

"once the pretty hardcore gamers we had testing inferno found it fairly difficult, we then we doubled it" -trolololol jay wilson
Nothing in this information shows that Inferno will take a long time to beat. Only that numbers will be high...
Even if it takes 5 minutes to beat SK in Inferno, 5 minutes isn't exactly a long time out of 24 hours per a day
Still going to be very surprised if no one have cleared Inferno after 2 weeks. The announcement that RMAH wouldn't be available for the first week might have ensured that Inferno wont be cleared the first week though. That probably is going to be important for the first ones to do it.
With this new "insane" information, I am DYING to see those cocky ignoramuses "1nf3r0 is EZ LOLZ! I am be4t EZ g4me for N00bZ in 2 Weeks Max! LOL dis G4me B 4 Babeeez!"

Its ok, while you sit there already defeated before the game has even come out. The real players have already made strategies and plans to beat it within 2 weeks. Good luck with nightmare though buddy. Apparently that is when the real game hits, and from reading what most people are saying that is where a lot of you guys will be hitting a wall and staying there for a LONG time.

lmao, 2 weeks huh? Good luck broski. I'll make sure to check back here and ask how farmin act4 inferno is on June 1st.
Fuck me.. 140k in one hit, from one monster? No shit, even with 80-90% overall damage reduction, that's still 28k-14k damage from one hit, from one monster. To take like 4-5 hits, and be able to fight back, we would need to have 100k HP? Mother of high-numbers...

LoL random trash pro gamer #3453453721 still thinks hes going to have inferno down in 2 weeks. LuLz

I really wish I could find the video I was talking about earlier. I recall seeing it on this site. It showed a character with many different items, mousing over them and changing them around. You could see the stats on them and such. The numbers were fairly high. I also recall the health pool was over 80k.
But I can't find that video for shit. :/
But ya, just against one monster that's crazy numbers. And we all know Diablo's minions never travel alone.

Not if you have Energy Armor - Force Armor While Energy Armor is active, incoming attacks that would deal more than 35% of your maximum Life are reduced to deal 35% of your maximum Life instead.
The 170K attack thingy is probably some sort of special avoidable attack to be honest, it looks totaly out of line with the other stats from A1 A2 A3 (and I know youre supposed to farm A2 gear before going in but I maintain).
it's in line with what we learned that each act in Inferno is a stepping stone in difficulty and will come with loot to make you viable for the next. That monster is shown as an act 4 enemy. The end of a brutal journey through inferno.
And why would it be slam damage when it says minimum damage?
There are abilities that make monsters do -20% dmg, theres armor, theres defensive abilities and one hit save on CD so it's not out of line.
You can't compare it with inferno act 1 or 2 monsters, because it's another tier or two or three up in difficulty.
