with the nerf to ias and nether tentacles, i honestly don't think my demon hunter is going to be worth playing anymore. GG blizz, were less than two months in and you have already killed my favorite class for me. Its just like wow all over again.

the DH was stupidly OP and everyone knew it thats why it was so popular just like the paladin in D2. you could stack 100% dmg and be fine, NO class should be able to do that with ANY build, god forbid you actually THINK about things like resistances/armor/life and have to actually make strategies like EVERY other class rather then just nether spam everything and hope you never get hit. no one feels sorry for the DH's accept the DH fan club

blizz will want to either put a set price for the RMAH or get rid of the ah, cos it is pointless and all the decent stuff goes from the gold ah

people are putting utter rubbish on the RMAH for 250 euros

or make items that cannot eb put on the RMAH to balance it out

i should work for blizz, i have ideas lol

It's players doing it not Blizz... retarded derps are messing with the economics and this was obviously going to happen, prices will drop in time. Another key note, you see $250 garbage up there its because it's not selling. People are sticking to GAH because they are unsure if people will actually buy from RMAH. The retards putting the 250 items up are not helping the cause.

yep. give it a month and you'll see 1300 dps weapons selling for 3-8 bux. there will ALWAYS be retards who sell crap for insane prices, thats why there is still crap weapons for 20m on the GAH as well. the ONLY stuff that will actually sell for 250$ is the best rolled items in the game. that is all

posted a message on Power for money ? Is that ok with the D3 Community?
    Quote from Burzghash

    Some things to note:

    1. Paying real money for items is going to happen, whether Blizzard officially sanctions it, or not. Through the RMAH, players can at least be guaranteed a safe, expedited experience.
    2. 'Pay 2 Win' means nothing in the context of D3. Who are you paying to win over? Diablo? Is Diablo going to be mad that you're buying items to kick his ass harder? Is it Tyrael? Is Tyrael offended that you have besmirched your honor by spending real money for items?
    3. PvP will feature automated matchmaking. You will only ever be matched against people of approximately your same gear level, with an internal ELO rating matching you against players of comparable skill. If you buy power, you'll simply be matched against more powerful people. Completely negating any claims of 'pay 2 win'.

For some games, involving real money is an actual detriment, which has the potential to harm gameplay and fun. Diablo 3 is not one of those games.

I can't think of a single game that isnt korean that blatantly sells power for money.
Check out Age of Conan shop. I'm sure you'll find it enlightening.

Think of all those pesky Facebook games. Seriously, RMAH had been announced MONTHS prior the game launch, if you want to complain about something, here's a list:

    - Inferno is too hard for melee
    - Acts 1 and 2 drops too many low level items
    - Mandatory online gaming with too many unavailable hours due to maintenance
    - Auction House always broken

And many more, just pick one and hordes of players will back you up.

    1. inferno is too hard for noobs* (fixed)
    2. they are buffing the loot of hell act 3-4 and inferno act 1-2.
    3. too few hours? so 6 hours ONE DAY a week in the morning is too much? WOW you live a very sad life
    4. it was glitchy for awhile in the beginning but thats with ANY game launch. its been working perfectly for most people for weeks.

sigh. blizz forcing co-op for best farming. i was glad when they made solo and co-op near equal. but now they are purposefully tipping the scales way towards co-op. fucking retarded

    Quote from Kblavkalash

I started WD as my second char and wow pets are just crap. I mean dogs were dying even on normal act1, and past act2 they were completely useless, unless i select all passives for them. Now on nightmare even gargantuan is useless, he just dies too fast and i have no desire to sacrifice all my passive slots to improve pets.

yep. unfortunately the WD was an insane let down for me and now im testing out all of the classes to see which ones suck and dont. so far i have WD at 60, barb 49, DH 40, wiz 38, Monk 37.

WD is basically the wiz with shittier spells
DH is pretty good at dmg and avoidance but if u ever take dmg u die instantly even with a lot of health.
Barb has pretty decent damage/survivability but is just a slightly shittier version of the monk unfortunately
Wiz has ok survivability but just like the WD has a tough time with avoiding dmg and therefor both of them die MUCH easier than the DH.
Monk so far has the best of both worlds, he has insane survivability/healing as well as amazing dmg output so im sticking with him for now to see how it goes.

so when it comes to pancaking mobs/surviving ratio it goes monk/DH > barb > wiz > WD.

I'm not having any troubles with Act 1 btw. I can easily (almost mind numbingly clear all of Act 1). The problem is that the jump in damage in Act 2 is way too high. It makes our summons completely worthless (they're somewhat worthwhile in Act 1) and the only way to play is to endlessly kite or just skip the champs/elites. You can call it whining if you like, but it's a type of gameplay that turns me off and just isn't fun to play.

I've only played a few hours the past few days... it's pretty boring to do SK runs....

Updated build: I went back to a vision quest build. Ironically... it's very similar to the build I came up with pre-release but swapped out zombie dogs with spirit walk. It works better than my original Inferno build.

no i completely agree. for now inferno is just annoying with the insta deaths on the lowest mobs and seemingly impossible to beat champ groups regardless of gear. seems liek u need super high inferno gear just to STILL have a head banging time but i guess this is supposed to be stupidly hard as they said.

honestly the WD has been an insane let down for me. i love the idea of a summoner class and its my favorite, yet the pets are SOOO weak that even with catering you build entirely around your dogs/garg they still die INSTANTLY in hell and inferno where they are ACTUALLY needed. the WD hell/inferno (esp inferno) is basically just the wizard with crappier spells or the DH just with shittier mobility, soul walk is amazing and a life saver but having 1 mobility spell sucks balls in inferno.

    Quote from Ruppgu

Brick wall with Act 2. Most monsters 1 shot me... pretty lame imo. I have decent gear too (legendary crossbow with well rolled stats and 2 nice set items). I'm getting burnt out with Inferno... it's just not... fun? I had a lot of fun in Hell... when monsters didn't 1-2 shot me.

Kind of like what I was worried about when I saw the Inferno stats, a lot of tactics go out the window when you get 1-2 shot and it's all about not getting hit... which isn't very fun to me. I'm not playing as much lately....

no dude same thing happened to me right before SK in inferno. everything 2-3 shots me even with 15k dps and 25k life i feel like im literally naked. and with the WD fail mobility im going to roll DH/monk which seem to be the classes that have the easiest time in inferno since the DH has l33t mobility and the monk has crazy heals/tanking ability.

You know... I agree. My Garg dies in 2-3 hits in Inferno right now. It doesn't help that I don't understand how Pets scale so I don't even know what I could possibly do to my gear to make it better. I'm pretty close to taking the Garg out of my build but in Act I at least I can usually kill most things shortly after he dies in 2-3 hits (if it's a solo game).

He gets 1 shot in Act 2.... and like I said above my gear isn't even that bad, it's all Inferno gear except my rings (which honestly do kind of suck still).

i took garg out for GoTD and it helped more since garg is made of paper <_<. but some champ groups are literally impossible for me to beat and its only act 1 lol. and im far too lazy to try 30 different builds to try n power through it when im so depressed with how the WD turned out.

id say blizzard will realize how horrible this is and EVENTUALLY fix it. they either need to seriously buff the life/armor of z-dogs or make it so u summon literally like 10+ and make the circle of life passive like a 50% chance. so u can easier rebuild your army when they get 1 shotted.

pet scaling is horrible to say the least. hell/inferno the dogs just insta die in 1 hit from regular mobs even when taking the passives to help and even getting the healing rune on zombie dogs. its a huge let down and im really mad that they suck so bad when they are needed the most but even with stacking vit/shield they still insta-died.
