They're not totally useless. They're just not as difficult. I can do a lot more of them until I tire out. But sometimes I'll also lean against a low desk and do them that way. I just don't have a lot of upper body strength. But I feel okay to admit this.

@phrozen the point of not eating, is so that you can cut 10-15 lbs in 2 or 3 days.
when i was wrestling my body fat was about 3% or so (im about 8 or 9 now) so their is no way to lose any weight except excess water, and muscle. the locker room is not a pretty sight after weigh ins thou. everyone is eating giant sandwitches, only to run it off with plastic garbage bags on 2 days later.

I did my first work out today in almost 3 months. I learned something today, I'm a little out of shape and I have to make some mods to my work out program. I'm on a new diet too, so I should whip myself back in shape in a few months.

I've been doing Wing Chun Wushu (kung-fu) for about 10 years now and before that various other martial arts, Such as Kempo, T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai. It is fun and keeps me in pretty good shape.

Defiantly the Wushu, it helps me keep my mind and body healthy. Also I would have probably dropped it like the rest otherwise. And in second place I would put T'ai Chi the others were to much of "hard" styles meaning just get in there and hurt someone.

My cousin was a wrestler, and for the week before a match, he would eat an apple a day and that's it. He would go for 5 mile runs wearing multiples hoodies and pairs of pants as well as carry a bottle around which he would spit into every couple minutes.

However, most people today are fat because of a screwed up diet, consisting of a lot of processed carbs combined with shitty fats such as trans fats (and not saturated fats, which are good for you). Reorganizing your diet by removing a lot of those crappy foods will allow you to loose weight (generally speaking) without personally having to monitor your intake of calorie. If man had to count calories in order to stay slim, i don't know how we survived before modern society.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

I basically wakeboard during the summer (it's so much fun, but very very tiring) i also go to the gym and pump the weights and run on the treddy (fun times) and i also play basketball ...
Although wakeboarding is fun its really risky ... I fked my knee boarding and needed to go to the knee specialist to see whats wrong with it .. But it didn't stop me from what i love doing

Im recommending the books of both Pavel Tsatsouline and Ross Enamait to everyone.
Ross' books cover mostly everything while the books of Pavel Tsatsouline are much more specific (one book for strength training with weights, one for strength training with bodyweight exercises, one for bodybuilding, one for flexibility etc.)

How do I do it? simple, Sleep only 4-5 hours a day, lift an average of 120,000 pounds per day at work, 5 days a week. Every bit of spare time is spent doing something. Ask yourself, If challenged by evil, would you have the strength and will to become a hero and fend for yourself and your loved ones, or would you crumble under the power of the dark side? If your out of shape you have no one to blame but yourself you lazy, useless waste of skin, quit breathing my air. DON'T BLAME IT ON GENETICS OR DISEASE, take control and do something you fat pile of goo, jeez not a use about you. Weakness only overcomes you if you let it.
I enjoy cycling to keep myself fit. Ride a bike everyday for at least an hour or two and you'll see results within a month. Well, for me my weight didn't fluctuate too much, I've lost some fat that's been replaced with muscles, and my legs are freaking huge now...

Actually science, as I understand it, has shown that genetics is a major part on where your fitness platue is. You can pass the platue but not by much. Very few people, even on the strictest diet and excercise program, could ever lift like the professional body builders. (Granted, people arn't genetically inclined to be obessee at 200+ pounds over weight, except for those with diseases, which is a completely different story...)
