Short description of Audiosurf: You choose a song (any .mp3, .wav, .ogg file etc. on your computer), load it into the game, the game creates a track for you, and you try to get as many points as possible.
This is me Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce on a mode called Ninja Mono. The point is to dodge the grey blocks and grab the colored ones. It took several hours, but I eventually managed to complete the song without hitting a single grey and still grabbing almost all colored blocks. Enjoy, and if you want to try it, there's a demo here
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.

YO CWAZEH! (In english : You're crazy!)
The first time I watched that video, I couldn't even SEE half the coloured blocks - let alone distinguish them from the gray ones. xd

Slower = easy in Audiosurf, and there's no fun in it.
Killer, the game is quite easy. It's not too easy to not hit gray blocks, at least for me because I don't play Audiosurf much anymore, but overall it's still easy.

Phrozen there has been two other threads by me and some other dude about Audiosurf, and you as a mod should be using the search engine.
Thank you for pointing out nothing at all. The previous threads were about Audiosurf in general, this thread is about a video recorded in Audiosurf. They are two different topics.

I apologize for the poor quality, which does make the colored blocks seem less "colored". They're easier to distinguish in the real game

Well that depends. It's quite hard to die on Audiosurf, impossible actually unless you play Iron Mode as you well know.
The challenge comes from not screwing up in those sevel minutes AND by hitting the right blocks. I restarted lots of times not because I hit a grey, but because I missed too many colored blocks.

Thats pretty tight, but I think we can agree that its harder on GH3.
Probably, considering I dodn't get the equal of 100% completion. And even had I tried to do that, it would have been harder in Guitar Hero.
That being said, I don't think this is the hardest song in Audiosurf. just generally hard.

Audiosurf is tight. I might buy it ...
This would make an AWESOME X-Box Live Arcade game, though.
It's so cheap it's totally worth it, at least for me. I've spent at least 50 hours in this game, that what, 20 cents an hour and dropping?

Hey, I got the demo, I guess its not too hard. I still need a lot of work, but heres one song I think I did pretty well on Cliquez ici!
Yeah, although you're not playing in this video. It was a pretty sly rick-roll though, I'll give you that.
Do try out the demo. You can't play any of the elite modes or co-op, but you can try the easy and medium difficulties.

Wow, this was awesome.
Thank you.
And for anyone that might wonder, this is not fake I have no idea how I would go about faking a video like this.

Haha, I don't rick roll... I only do it if I think it will be effective and somewhat creative. But I've already gotten the demo, but it expired. Needless to say, I was terrible at it.

It's not about audiosurf specifically, as someone assuming he's right, he should read the whole post, I commented BTW.
He can post this in my Audiosurf thread as it was the first and then another guy made another Audiosurf.

Yes but that was the first time I've ever seen the game, so it blew my head off when I saw it. xP
