And you just had to use my name for the example... For the record, I was in daycare as a kid, and no I never got molested.
So, I went with the whole get my kid the hell out of that daycare and nothing else. Unless my child had been molested, there's clearly no grounds for a lawsuit.
I can see the holodeck becoming somewhat of an addiction for some personalities. In fact, wasn't there a TNG episode regarding that? It's been so long that I can't recall the series all that well.
I enjoy cycling to keep myself fit. Ride a bike everyday for at least an hour or two and you'll see results within a month. Well, for me my weight didn't fluctuate too much, I've lost some fat that's been replaced with muscles, and my legs are freaking huge now...
As it would be impossible for an Angel(Lucifer: I.E. Satan) to lead a revolt against God since they don't have free will like human beings it is easy to determine that hell doesn't exist.
I will now counter a couple arguments anyone may wish to throw at that:
1. No religion believes that angels have free will so defending christianity would be useless.
2. If god made Lucifer lead his revolt(Which if the story of Lucifer is true God would have had to have done) then that would mean god created the means for evil to flourish which would go against basically all religion.
1. Angels are a myth/misunderstanding/misinterpretation of the truth. They are the souls of unborn or deceased or even resurrected individuals who are acting as messengers for God. They do not have wings and are human, thus they do have free will. This is according to my religion.
2. Lucifer led his own revolt because he thought he had a better plan for saving the souls that God would send to earth. Basically his plan was to save everyone by taking away our free will. This went against God's plan because we need to be able to make choices in life in order to grow and learn, so Lucifer's plan was discarded. Of course we all know what happened then: Lucifer got angry and convinced a third of the host of heaven that he was right, thus rebelling against God, and they all fell from grace. Lucifer became Satan, and the third of the souls that would have otherwise been born normally into bodies on earth chose to follow Satan and became what we call demons. This is also according to my religion.
Doesn't matter if you believe me or not, but this is what I believe happened.
That's true, but I don't want to up the size of everything I view. All the other sites I visit I can see just fine now, but this is ridiculously small...
This thread gives me a headache. We should be celebrating the fact that Blizzard finally made a step closer to releasing the game we all want, not discussing the definition of what a newb or a noob is.
At any rate, this turn of events has made my day. It's only a matter of time before the game gets announced now!
It's always the biggest trucks that never seem to see me when I'm riding on the road. If you think this video was bunk, try riding your bike to work or school sometime and you'll find out how few people actually pay attention while driving.
Isn't it described in your religion as outer darkness? Being the lowest tier possible?
That it is. If you think of things symbolically, God is light; thus when one is so far away from His presence it becomes darkness. Our state in the afterlife can be described by how close we are able to come to God's presence.

I picture hell as a small room with nothing to do, eventually leading to loss of sanity etc.
I think a loss of sanity is actually an escape mechanism. If I do end up going to hell I expect to be fully aware of what I've done to get there, and what I could have become had I done the right things in life.

I still wouldn't sue though. Make it as public as I could I would, and take the daycare out by other means.

I've been too busy playing GTA IV lately, and last time I played Halo 3 I just couldn't feel the magic anymore.
