For all of you World of Warcraft players out there, where did you migrate from? What I mean by that, is what game did you play extensively before you joined the World of Warcraft? Tell us why you decided to switch.
got bored of the game in the end. Playing from release since 2005 was too much and the lags and the (hardcore) deaths it caused i couldnt stand anymore.
WoW was an awesome replacement, but still nothing like Diablo 2. Thats why i'm here looking for news about Diablo 3
*edit*
played all of the above aswell, only sticked to Diablo II most of the time. I dont consider myself a Warcraft 3, or Starcraft player. Diablo all the way
I've played all too. I originate from Diablo II xD. Except I posted Warcraft III because I missed the III. Really I originate from Warcraft II, but it's not up there xD. The only Blizz game I don't really like much is Starcraft. Warcraft I I haven't even tried, and it's not battle.net

I played the trial during my fascination with Diablo II
I bought this little 3.5 floppy trial of a game called "Warcraft." I was hooked from then. That was a great game. Then came the Warcraft II with the Diablo preview. Oh man did Diablo look kewl. That Warrior in the armor fighting near the fire wall. Awesome!

"Pking in Softcore, is like two deaf kids yelling at each other."
Haha
Dialbo 2 was really the main game i played
i did play a little bit of wc3 but thats about it
and im prepared to migrate back from wow to d3 no questions asked.
You should have included a fifth option for those who didn't migrate too
I played WC3 and D2 prior to WoW release, but I still play them, so I wouldn't consider that I have migrated. But what got my interest was of course WC3. The story in those campaigns was simply amazing, and I had to see how it developed. Besides, it was made by Blizzard, so what could go wrong?
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
only "ewww" i could find in WoW at the moment is that they lifted the Tempest Keep and Serpentshine Cavern attunements. All noobs will storm them and whine about how difficult it is now...
i had a level 30 char, but i knew no one on there. i was in a clan and all, but didnt have what i have in diablo. i came back to diablo for my adoring fans, and now im staying since ladder will reset.
This applies for those that also tried the trial!
Sorry about my options! I only have a few

That's like giving noobs on Diablo II a free portal to Chaos Tristram without finding the body parts first
