Hi its alburt. I was wondering if anybody has a level 99 char in diablo?
and if you dont I would still like if you join in on this chat
and talking about how hard it is to get there, or
what you think about level 99s
i never wanted a lvl 99 char.
i always pefered a lvl 80 ot 75 char because wen i go to duel games and kick everyones asses, everyone thinks im great then because a lvl 75 pwned a lvl 90 (which of course is really common nowadays since every1 now sucks a d2). I remember me and 3 other friends would go to hell duel games wen we were lvl 60 or so, party, and go against 4 lvl 90s and we would always win.
those were the times.... those were the times...:(

"You are like a rose in a great rose field. Each rose is so beautiful to me. But if one dies... I can still look at many other roses..." God of Darkness.
I believe lvl 99s have a much greater chance of finding HRs compared to lvl 98 and lower. To get to lvl 99 from lvl 98 would take like 4 months for a casual player lol.
I think that when you get to level 90 thats about where you need to stop leveling. On most builds that you would make the build is complete so there isnt really any need to level any higher.
Ferret as a lvl 98 I think. As for lvls, I think the highest I ever had was lvl 92, and it was mostly because of all the mfing, key finding, rushing, and chaosing I did. I was never really into baaling, but I would run occasionally for a friend. And ask anyone, I could have a character from lvl 1 to 80 in about 4 hours. I used to rush myself and uber trist, so it was pretty easy to get to 90 for me.

Not from greater droprates, but they would probably get more ismply from the fact that they did have to kill a lot of monsters.
Levelling on the highest levels in D2 is crippled by such insane amounts of experience loss that it feels ridiculous. On lvl 98, you get 0.6% of the total amount of experience a monster really gives.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
I think getting atleast 1 lvl 99 char would be kool lol then you can always say that you reached that "milestone" lol :P.. but i actually prefer 85-90 because thats when most of my set ups are done anywayz >.> lol

You should not fear death but embrace it 4 death is a release from the pain that you suffer on earth..
I started a character several days ago. I've played maybe a total of 2-3 hours on him. He is lvl 43 and will probably be around lvl 60-70 tomorrow. Before the week is over he should be in his 80's. And all under 10 hours of play. It's too easy to not have him at that kind of lvl. Ask winston to help you.

How the hell...
Best I ever did was 84. And that took a -while-...
How did you get to 43 with only 2-3 hours??? Unless they massively reduced the ammount of exp required to level (And they havent, I made a 69 already...) thats just seems impossible...
