I've been working on a front page post regarding some of this information, and it certainly does sound like a game title; however, it also could be the name of this particular line of gear.
Let's be honest here... we're all hungry for any kind of information
Diablo: Reign of Terror has been a slogan for years when it comes to merchandise.
What is fascinating to me though is the Panel on day two titled "Diablo: World and Q&A" that leads me to believe that this will be a global game, much like an MMO is, even more interesting is that when you go to Diablo4.com the domain is still up for sale, however, if you go to Diabloworld.com it is now already owned by Godaddy, who Blizzard uses quite frequently when they want to save a domain name.
Ya when i seen Diablo:World i thought that would be the game name but i ill just wait to see. We are almost there.
That just means that "world" is what's being discussed, I'm pretty sure. Otherwise, it could easily also be "Diablo: Q&A" due to how it's written. They're probably discussing it in the context of its game universe--where we're going, what players can see/travel to, old locations revisited, etc.

the dominion is registered to 1997 . i don't think blizzard working to mmo in 1997 ;).
Actually they were originally working on Diablo 2 back in 1997, with the hopes and plans on making Diablo 3 an mmo, which was later scrapped, so the Domain has just sat there for 21 years....oh god 1997 has been 21 years.

In addition to what aeri was saying and if you want some Sunday reading, the first iteration of Diablo 3 by Blizzard North was planned to be an MMO. I forget what magazine ran it, but I remember in like 2011 or 2012 it might have been GI ran one with lots of screenshots from Blizzard North's early Diablo 3 build--since I couldn't find that, here's just a Q&A.
Julian Love did an interview years later stating that the reboot the new Diablo team started in like 2005/2006 was briefly discussed as being an MMO, but they decided against it.
Haven't seen anyone post this.. but the early access section of the blizzard store seems to hint at the next Diablo game.
Titled Diablo : Reign of Terror I think? Check it out!
They might just be calling that gear an accumulation of the franchise, but, it's a good name
