My diablo3 battle.net forum account has been banned aparently and i don't know the reason, and can't reply or create new threads it says "Account Banned". Has this happened to anyone else before?
weird =S
did you post things against the Blizzard ToS for their forums? At this point they are just suspending or banning people for not following the rules (which they normally do but right now its on overdrive) to try and keep something civil.
Just do what I do. Stay off the Blizz forums. Trying to have a normal topic thread over there is so hard its not funny.
Anyway you should get an e-mail telling you why but theres pretty much only 3 things that will get you banned: buying/selling gold, this isn't limited to $ and includes d2jsp etc, hacking/botting and being mass reported by other players for being abusive etc
Same thing happened to me a year ago on WoW. I had been playing WoW since day 1 and all of a sudden I get d'c'd. I attempt to log back in and my account was banned. I asked for a response as to why I was banned and got a generic response that I was using "hacks." I appealed it and got the same response. I still don't know what the deal was and I still have blocked access to the official forums even though I have DIII and Starcraft II.
I wasn't trying to be nice, neither did I try to be hurtful.
But Blizzard rarely bans people who doesn't deserve it, if he got banned from the forum it was probably for trolling or raging like a 12-year old.
Ha dude, they banned my cd keys on Diablo 2 quite a few times for no reason. Couldn't provide any reason for banning me, and then they muted my friend and again could provide no reason for that either. Blizzard isn't god nor are they perfect.

Actually the only thing i did was, post various thread repetidely... i wasn't trying to spam, i just couldn't see it so i reposted it over and over... maybe they tough it was spam and banned me. But i don't know the reason yet, tough i'm just banned from the forums. But i can play the game so fuck blizz forums....

EDIT: NEVERMIND I'M NOT UNBANNED MY MISTAKE
I SUBMITTED A TICKED AND I'M STILL BANNED weird shit

So all you did was break forum policy in an obvious manner and you're wondering why you're banned?
Next time, try reading the terms and conditions of using Blizzard's forums. Also, let me guess: it was that post by that Wreck guy? Such silliness. But yeah: read the forum guidelines, and play by the rules. Be nice, civil, and don't spam. No more bans will come your way.
I can agree on that, just stay completely away from the Blizz forums entirely. They are a mess and the people there just post the same immature things over and over.
This is the real home of D3 forums, so park it mister lol

Hey man the post DIDN'T APPEAR IN THE FRONT PAGE, SO I TOUGH THE POST WASN'T GETTING THERE, THAT'S WHY I REPOSTED IT, I COULDN'T FIND THE POST... i supposse i'm new to this and too lazy to read the terms and conditions, i tough i wasn't doing nothing wrong...jeez, i guess i gotta be more carefully next time, and if is really a 24 hour ban i guess i gotta wait it out.
To be honest although in your mind you may think you are right and entitled to post your feeling but I am glad Blizz are starting to wave the ban hammer around.....
Those boards are unreadable at the moment with the amount of QQ actual well constructed threads with genuine points get lost under the multitude of BS threads like the one you no doubt felt the need to spam
I suppose you are right maybe i deserved it, not that i post that much tough. Anyway fuck the blizzard forums. They suck anyway this forum is way better, i hope they don't ban me here too

1. There are more pages than just the front page. Just because it isn't on the first page, doesn't mean it has been deleted. Furthermore, re-posting just adds spam and makes the forums far more difficult to navigate.
2. 'Too lazy to read the terms and conditions': that'd be your problem. Try to avoid signing contracts if you can't be bothered to read the small print: you may just find you get screwed over one day, and you agreed to it entirely.
3. While you didn't mention anything about this, I'm pretty sure it's the motivation behind all the re-posts, so I'll say it anyway: Believe it or not, Blizzard read everything on the forums. They may not reply to everything (and if they did, they'd never have any time to do the rest of their job, or even time to go home), but they do read everything. If you posted it to the official forums once, it has been read and considered. That doesn't mean you'll get a reply, nor does it mean your suggestion or criticism will cause changes to the game. It's just been read and considered.
My strong suggestion now is to use your 24 hour ban to familiarise yourself with the forum policies and code of conduct. Learn it inside out, and become a much better community member as a result. Then upon your return, become an intelligent and insightful poster. Blizzard, and the rest of the community, will thank you for it (though they may not say it!).
Did you criticize blizzard on the official forums? If yes, then that would be it. They don't take kindly to free speech.
They do. Just dont use one of the following:
Asking for a blizzard employee to be fired.
Insulting them on their own forums.
Acting like you're entitled to everything.
Even outside of the forums, you can't go in a restaurant, storm the kitchen and start insulting the chef. Know what will happen?
The chef will DEFINITELY NOT be like "We're in a free speech country and the customer is right to insult me!"...
He'll be more like "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY BUILDING. AND NEVER COME BACK"

Same. Exact. Thing.
They do more than just "criticize" Blizzard. They call them greedy pigs, a corrupt corporation just trying to bilk the players of all they can, "nazis", retards, dumb @#@#ing @$$holes....etc.
I cannot even count how many people think it's a good idea to post in the game discussion forum "how do I get a refund".....like, how about being an adult and contacting customer support like a big boy?
What gets me is that 98% of the haters are probably playing the game more than those of us who love it. Many more that do throw a fit and stop playing, are going to come running back when patches and an expansion are released.

This. Pretty much as the saying goes :"Ignorance of the law is no excuse."

No... but if he'll serve me shit food I'll tell him the food sucks and I want a refund.
