I don't guess any of you are thinking to recall that Diablo 3 recently set a record for the most amount of pre-orders of any PC game in history. Granted some people bought multiple copies, but come on... NO company has ever dealt with this before. That we are able to play at all in the first few days says a lot for them. Give them some credit where it's due.
Sorry but they deserve no credit.
1. If they knew it was popular, explain the decision to launch simultaneously in NA across 6+ time zones. Having i dunno hundreds of thousands of ppl trying to login at same time is stupid, and for what reason.. ego? I mean really whats wrong with letting ppl in by their time zone.
2. Designing single player to battle net. Again for what reason. Some people just want to play single player, Not to mention the costs of bandwidth and servers to hold all those extra games being run.
To be fair, we all knew about the online-only aspect a LONG time before any purcahse was made, so complaining about it is a little silly. That said, they really should pull their heads out and get this crap working so what they have presented works as intended.
Why do people still cry over offline mode? You were told flipping ages ago it would never be implemented. You bought the game, so you are either just stressed due to launch day issues or have the brain power equivalent to a potato. The game is great, all the crying is literally over stuff people were told before they bought the game, and they bought it anyways. I am so glad you wasted $60 if all you're going to do is cry and try to kill others' good moods when we are enjoying the shit out of this game. In my opinion you deserve it and I hope that $60 was a lot to you.
It's like putting your dick in an awesome pussy for one stroke, then the porn start just vanishes into thin air. Leaving you hanging there with the camera rolling humping thin air.

North American servers (not US, NA servers have USA, Canada, Australia, and Latin America) have boatloads more people than the others, it makes sense that they'd be the ones having issues.

Thank you for your patience."

Shut up, shut up, shut up, this doesn't count, this isn't an MMO.
true that. its not some giant world everyoen is in at once and all appear in the same area so its 1000x worse for lag/server errors
