I don't expect to be an easy feat, I imagine I'll die many times before I make it to the end of act 4 inferno. I don't expect it to be a walk in the park.
I also expect it to be a struggle everytime I start up my game to do a run on inferno.
I don't think people should really look at this like a new difficulty that you have to get to the end to.
The entire Inferno will not progress in difficulty through the acts.
It basically lets you farm for gear throughout the entire game instead of just the bosses or last act in hell for the best gear.
With new good news for Diablo III from GamesCon, still, we cannot erase the fact that there really are a lot of bitchin & whiners out there, but what can we do.
Maybe that's just who & what they are, closet guys who are afraid to play Diablo III, that's why they keep on bitchin & whining all the time...
If you've read the full detail & you still feel like bitchin & whining,
then don't f'ing buy the game & go back to playing the kid's stuff.
It'll be much better for the lot of us who will enjoy playing the game through & through.
I hope Inferno isn't just a farming extravaganza and is actually meant to be a real challenge.
I mean, even if it wasn't super difficult to complete it would still be nice to have the whole game to look through for sexy loot, but I'd like it if it was a reasonably hard challenge as well.

I think Bash said once that only a rather small part of the playerbase played more than Normal in D2. But I think allmost all of the "real" fans will make it through inferno, maybe some will stop halfway through because its to hard, but I belive most will make it.
Most will try to make it, but I doubt that those closeted soloist will make it even through Hell.
They can try & if they're lucky or are very clever then they might... but doesn't mean they will.
But Inferno, with all the monsters level cap at 61 & above, just on Act I.
Hello!?! Who are they f'in kidding? They'll die as soon as they leave town.
Still, all difficult things comes with a price.
In Inferno, it's your life in exchange for better loot:
"Inferno difficulty naturally comes with rewards beyond sightseeing, Wilson says. Some armor, weapons and items will be exclusive to Inferno (while other highly coveted items will drop more frequently at that level). Some of the game's Runestones, the socketable items that modify player skills and spells, are also found only in Inferno, offering all new abilities to those willing to run the risk of playing at the top tier difficulty"

Bingo! Though I think a lot of end game of D2 was Baal runs to level and a side item of that was drops for the quick fingers...but it seems that leveling in D3 wont be an issue and you should be 60 by the end of Hell and ready to farm in Inferno, not grinding for levels...which is good, I think I could do Baal runs in my sleep...

Heyo! This forum seems a lot more positive and upbeat than the cess pool the official Blizzard D3 forums has become lately so I think I shall be coming here more often now
A few of you were bragging about "calling" a fourth difficulty (or Inferno being a 4th difficulty). A fourth difficulty has been guessed and suggested for years and with the announcement of Inferno a ton of people have been guessing it's the fourth difficulty. It's been about an old a suggestion as an endless dungeon
And second of all, as a purely HC player Inferno scares me... in a good kind of way though. I forsee lots of deaths.

It's also a pretty nice way of allowing people to experience all the lower-act randomized areas, which probably wouldn't happen otherwise.

most players will not make it through nightmare.
Everyone here will probably make it through inferno

That's nice news, let's hope to get something even more interesting...not many more "systems" to be revelaed I guess.
