There's a large group of people really not happy about money getting involved in Blizz games (after the initial purchase or subscription). But to me, it's Blizz staying in the 'game' and pleasing investors while still being very good to its fan base (WE can make money on the RMAH and WE can make money on the map marketplace).

Aug 25, 2011OneTwoSC posted a message on New Class Skill VideosI was talking with Sixen how these could have been leaked... here's one theory I had:Posted in: News
Blizz probably was uploading them privately, but then because of maintenance on youtube, couldn't set them to private until maintenance was done and somebody ripped them during this time.
... I had this happen to me with a mapping tutorial. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

Hmm yeah although it's not 100% gambling. Are real-world auction houses considered gambling? That's basically what it is so yeah.

By account name do you mean RealID? I wonder how people would feel about that. Or do we have an account on top of our characters?
Also, I wanted to note that the funniest thing back on the D3 post about this was the people advocating for non-unique names had the most random names like xXCowKillzorzXx... I was thinking: why the heck do you want non-unique names if you chose that.

Regarding the AH: "I have 8 characters named SpinDrJr. This makes it easy for people to identify me when I join their game, but it does not make it easy for me to choose which character to browse for gear on. It would be great if we had some indication on the class of character in that list."

Around 10s in, he chooses his character and you see 5 of the same names.
This isn't feedback about the AH (though those 2 examples are related to it). I am discussing the game as a whole. From what I see here, people are just choosing the same name for their heroes (freak chance? or common?... I wonder?)
In Diablo 2 you had your Bnet account and your character names which were BOTH individually unique to your region. I think the community as a whole would not go back to that (based on the long thread on the blizz forums... and the fact that your 'wanted' name will be gone in 1 hour of release).
However, I don't really know what to think of the current system. In SC2 you just had your RealID and then account name. Here we have RealID and then 5+ character names which can all be the same...

I tell you where I'd like to stick your wand...

Also, like the OP said on bnet forums, all spell dmg would be nice. Casters don't need to see wand damage.

It does it at w/e your desktop res is. If your screen is 1920x1080 or 1680x1050 etc it'll record in that resolution. Granted, later you may want to use an editing tool to cut out your task bar. As well, like I said the Fraps files are gigs so you'll use something to re-encode like Windows Movie Maker.
