You can't compare the brilliance of the Diablo story to the pile of crap that is Warcraft lore. With every patch and every new raid, they are slowly killing the entire cast of WC3. Soon there will be no-one left. All their lore characters go insane, and then must be killed off as 25 man raid bosses. Soon we'll be killing Malygos, Arthas, and after that they'll probably release the Maelstrom and Emerald Dream where we'll have to kill off Azshara, and Malfurion who somehow will probably go insane for no reason. In fact, since WoW, the Warcraft storyline hasn't progressed at all, the only thing that has happened is that all the characters are dying for no good reason.

Sounds like hamlet...all that does is leave room for Warcraft 4, which will be like 20-50 years later, where the surviors of the evil are all old and the children will be the new mighty heros we see runing around Stormwind, Adriann will be all grown up and the new official king of stormwind.

Blizzard makes atleast $149,900,000 a month on subscriptions to World of warcraft, thats not including game sales, the blizzard store, or character transfers/re-names

Do you really think that they are going to care if a few people dont like this game, when they know a few millions are going to buy the game?

but you need to let your hatred for the new graphics go, you've all waited SO long for this game to come be announced that you feel like...you dont want it to come out right away, you want to push it back so you all can feel the need to keep posting.

Its ok! They arn't going to change it no matter how much you petition, you've waited 7 years, are you just not going to buy it now? blizzard knows you are still going to buy it.

ITs been 20 years since Diablo 2, of course things are going to be colorful evil hasn't had the chance to corrupt the land yet...give it time, by the end of the game..you'll be back in hell!

posted a message on Characters/classes we want to see/be in Diablo 3
    1) Paladin -- of course -- My choice for this is simple, the paladin is a Blizzard favorite, he is the sword and board, healing, dmg dealing hero.

    2) Assassin -- D2:LoD introduced the assassin, but other then that, we dont really know much about them, however in the trailer the girl that everyone wants to know about, if I'm right then she is a female magi gifted with farsight and can see the upcoming events, Assassins are trained to watch these magis' to make sure none of them get corrupted. they will be the duel wielding "rogue class"

    3) Hell"Hunter" (Hunters of Evil) -- Probably not the exact name they'd use, but I like it, this is the spear/polearm class, now that they are introducing summoned creatures with various skills, a class with a companion(pet) is needed, the hunter will be a individual who has seen the horrors first hand and wishes to protect as many people from the hellish ghouls with whatever means necessary, maybe even by converting a demon into his companion(pet).

3.2) Magi -- The spell caster, Wielding Staffs and scepters, this is probably the most desired class other then Assassin or Barb, and seeing as the story will more then likly revolve around the new demons attempting to corrupt the worlds magi, this is the most lilkly.

These of course are all in my head ad have no real proof to back anything up, I have thought long and hard on these, and I would very much like to see what everyone elses opinions on the three unnounced classes would be.

posted a message on possible D3 Logo meaning.

This logo could represent Tyreal or another angel decending into darkness.

Start at the top, its a holy symbol and as it goes down slowly turns into evil with a large demonic face.

Since LoD kind of leaves us with Tyreal destorying the Worldstone, we dont know much of what happened next.

In the books, we find out about Lillith, and the history of herself and the worldstone, her children's powers sealed within the stone, one could only guess that one of her children didn't want to wait for his powers to awaken and decided to corrupt tyreal and take his.

However this could take an unexpected twist and the logo could represents a demonic figure re-accending into heaven...but I doubt that.

posted a message on Φ Graphics Discussion (New art style proposal to Blizzard)
D3 has been in development since like 2004, and after announcing the game finally...I seriously doubt they are goint to go back and redo every single bit of detail they have worked on so far.

also...when speaking of majority, realize that there are more people working on these games, then there are people posting...they have the majorty..and they chose how they wanted it.
