@Angry fixed. Just a heads up, all those links in the build descriptions (and more links than text) are pretty much likely to trigger the spam system. At least that's my guess. Wait ~15 minutes for any other edit so the system can settle in, otherwise it might mark it as spam again.
@n00berlin: The build shows up in search. But you probably haven't changed the default search option "Top - Week" to "Top - All time". But here's some other, easier options:
* You can tell them your DFans username and then your build can be found under "Builds" in your profile.
* You can give them the build number (92179) which translates into a pretty simple URL: diablofans.com/builds/92179
* Let them search for your name in the search tool (and again, make them aware of the default restriction which only searches for past week).
Sorry z1pper, there's nothing I can do... it's not marked as spam, it just seems the build is gone for good. Not sure if anyone can recover it - I can't.
Alright, well. I'd like to try putting it again but it's still listed as a "build" and it comes up on the search, etc. Is there any way to get it off there? If not I guess I can just make the same build again and put NOT BROKEN in the name of it or something.
Glimwick: I've fixed it, should be back now. Next time make sure that if that happens again to post here FIRST, not re-post... because that's exactly what a spam bot would do!
z1pper: Sorry I have no access to that build either, so I can't remove it. Not sure what's going on there.
I'm afraid that's not possible It used to be possible a few patches ago, but I think the developers disabled the ability to change the patch number of a build. The reason for that is that people would carry their highest upvoted build and keep editing it to accumulate more and more upvotes but maintaining the highest-ranked build. Basically if one were to able to change the version number to PTR, anyone with 200+ upvotes on the build could just switch it to "ptr version" and it would be the #1 build in the next patch again.
I've just created two builds. The first one showed up without any issues but the second one almost immediately disappeared. Then, while editing the first build, it disappeared as well. Would love to figure out why they went away!

Ahhhh, ok. Thanks much!
I made another topic for this, but figured this might be the right place to post it.
Hello, I created my first build on your site yesterday, and last night it suddenly became unviewable. When viewing it, the web page says:
Error
Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.
Here is a link to the build. Would you mind looking at it and seeing what the cause of the error is? Thanks.

Hi there, my build hasn't disappeared, but my issue appears related.
I created a build for the 2.6.1 PTR before the label was available. I can't see a way to edit it to label it as such now.
Now that there is a PTR label up, can this be adjusted on my build to label it as "PTR"?

Thanks!
Hi Cratic,
I'm afraid that's not possible

Thanks for clarifying Bagstone. I suppose I'll remake the build then and just delete the old one.
Awesome response time by the way.

I had posted a support necro build for 2.6.0. It was around for at least a week, but I haven't looked at it in a while, and now it's gone.
I hadn't kept the original link
Is there a way to get it back? I'd like to refer to it myself to rebuild it after the season end...
Is there a policy that deletes builds if no one looks for a while?
thanks.
I found this build: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/95402-support-necromancer-znec-globe-generator-2-6-0
I couldn't find it under my ID, because I had posted with a native diablofans ID, and searched for it with a twitch-linked ID (or vice versa).
It still doesn't explain why I was not able to locate it via in-site search from the builds screen. Perhaps your search indexes are not being updated?
