Even though, these ideas have been around for a while. You cant just implement it into the game as easy as you say it.
Most of the things that you mentioned are rather expansion features or rather they require the game's gameplay/proffessions, followers and more to be re-written, NOT a patch feature. Blizzard isnt going to wake up one day and decide they need to give the community thousands of features for free. This isn't a mmo, neither people pay for the patches.

Although you say this is your dream, and i don't want to make you sad by saying most of it is unrealistic =p but here was my 2 cents. which is my personal opinion. I'm not necessarily saying your wrong, since its just a dream.
We want to get back to the roots of what made Diablo II trading so popular over the years,
Diablo II wasn't about trading. Trading was a part of it, it wasn't THE point of the game. Thats what they are trying to fix right now in D3.Even if you want to introduce this social feature into the game, it makes 3 differnt social trading places, the post, AH, and trade chat. Not to mention people often use the black market AH, forum posts and fan sites. It will be good for a player who ALL he does is diablo and he/she checks it daily. but for a new player its nothing but another dilemma to deal with.
You'll be able to use an interface to select which items you have for trade and also search for items other players across your region have for trade.
There is already a system called AH for this, why create another system to make a new player confused. New players are already confused and dont know about the existance of AH itself.
Not to mention people are often paranoid when it comes to interacting with other players, its often easier for players to first figure out how the AH works rather than go into a sea of dealing with players they dont EVEN want to talk to to trade an item ( which in most cases takes couple minutes to setup on the AH, and will take much much longer to setup and find a match for your item in the post
The Trading Post will offer an easy to use interface to make the trade process simple
This will probably entirely break the way the game interface is currently setup and probably not going to happen, Unless its an expansion feature.
Brimstones
we’ll also be making a type of “consolation” item which can be sold to a vendor for a significant amount of gold.
Best way to encourage botting and multiboxing.
The Mystic’s primary purpose will be enchanting items which will include the upgrading of existing stats on items and also the re-rolling of the randomly generated properties found on an items.
Even though the mystic idea was very awesome when blizzard announced it and often I thought its neccessairy for the game, it is not needed atm. Currently at this point of the game, its unneccessary addition that will further overpower certain builds and classes which will lead into cookie cutter builds once again, which is horrible.
Players can easily shove through waves of champs in mp10. Further increasing their power does no good for players who are already powerfull and make "power" and "character abilitie" in general more bland. I need to feel I'm progressing through content and MPs with a little but of challenge not by just shoving gems and enchanting my gear 24/7 to be godly.

This was a good add i think, 1 hour is too long, and 25-50% is way too much. If its a secondary thing it shouldnt be so high.
Movement speed by 5%
MF/GF by 10%
EXP by 10-20%
When you give good stats to an item, people will just freaking overuse it and it will become the only way to level.
Not to mention in high MPs, you already CAP ur MF, so the only thing thats usefull is run speed and EXP.
Class specific items
Its a cool MMO concept. people have been suggesting it, and personally I dont like the idea it further moves the game away from ARPG and RNG feel of it, and fixates it on guranteed drops because some kid is lazy and mad at getting good drops, i don want the game get ruined from its main core.
Patch 1.0.9 introduces revamped class-specific items and set bonuses that provide unique alterations to already existing skills and passives.
This is really cool, further breaking game balance and overpowering your character for no reason.
We're going to revisit all legendary items to make sure they live up to their legendary status by not only providing great stats but also providing unique properties that will change a players game experience.
This is quite a lot of work, but cool idea, i don't mind my legendaries get some sort of updates and unique properties. but still unneccessary, unless its on the legendaries that no one usually uses or a small % of people use.
In 1.0.9 we’ll be improving on the randomly generated side dungeons found in all acts across the game in Inferno difficulty. We’ve created new tiles for almost every zone across all 4 Acts which will allow spawn locations to be found in every part of the game.
I think many people would leave the game (as well as I think they would lose a ton of money by getting rid of the RMAH and GAH (mostly the RMAH) but I think they could add the trading post IN ADDITION to the RMAH and GAH.
Frankly, I understand the frustration of some players (I am not one of them) that some people can buy their way to the top, but I really enjoy making the little money I can make off this game (I am rather poor).
Although you say this is your dream, and i don't want to make you sad by saying most of it is unrealistic =p but here was my 2 cents. which is my personal opinion. I'm not necessarily saying your wrong, since its just a dream.

You bring up good points ( I didn't want to quote a wall of text ) but I have to jump in here. The argument that adding something will just encourage bots and multiboxing doesn't hold up. You're right, it's true, but that can be said about almost anything in the entire game. No matter what you add, there will be a way to exploit it, so we are left with a choice; To add the fun feature that the majority will use correctly while also giving bots something new to do, or to not add said feature so we can limit the effectiveness of bots.
BoA demonic essences? Just set your bot on farm. my buddy has a bot that he sets up for a couple hours a day, and when he gets home BAM, 100+ essences waiting for him. Should we remove that whole feature because it can be exploited? What about the uber event? It's just as easy to set up key farming bots, and then to multibox the uber bosses and get easy hellfire rings.
What I'm trying to say is we can't hide in fear of bots and multiboxers and subsequently miss out of what could be really fun features. There's always going to be people who try to ruin the gaming experience for others. We can defiantly defend against these types, but that responsibility lies within the developer to catch and punish the individuals. I personally would rather have a greater amount of fun features at the cost of someone exploiting it, then to not have anything.
I really hate your trading post idea. It's much more cumbersome for no benefit. We moved to a currency based system for a reason. It's convenient and allows you to more accurately value an item. I really don't understand what the hate for the gold AH is about. You find items you can't use, you sell them for a decent value, you buy items you can use for a decent value. All going back to a barter system does is make it less obvious how much an item is worth and harder to get rid of items you don't need with a return of something you do need.
I do love your dungeon idea though. That feature would actually make the game a better Diablo game, instead of holding onto bad concepts from a previous game that weren't even a core feature of it.
You end your playing session and have a bunch of items you feel you want to sell. You open your trading post and put up a Sword.
Another player logs on and does a search for swords and finds 15000 other swords. He puts an offer on the "best" ones he sees.
Say the top 100 all get offers, well the bottom 14900 log on the next day and have no offers.
The top 100 log on and get litterally thousands of offers because they had "BIS" or really good stuff and can only really accept one.
Thousands of players who would have traded something with the AH, now basically trade nothing and get frustrated or desperate. You can tweak the system, but every change that makes it better likely just makes it closer to being what the AH currently is... Anything you take away from it will just make it feel worst.
The AH and RMAH aren't perfect. Like many have been eager to point out, over time, it has slowly eroded the length of the game. Although Blizzard has put in mechanics to try and smooth that out a little, they obviously will need to do more, but at this point the big swings are likely only going to come from expansions. The RMAH and the AH is still something you opt in. I know some people take great pride in considering that they are the best at something, but it is still just a game, you choose what shortcuts you want to use.
Very well done. I am very impressed and would love to see these types of features come to reality!
I loved the idea of the new set items.
Makes you want to push for the full set.
Also, if you find one, you have to factor in salvaging, selling, trading, or keeping, not just salvage or sell.
The new Magic Find potion idea is really cool. I like the thought of making one takes brimstones and gold!
I like how the legendary items all have excellent primary stats.
I would be very excited if I knew that's what legendary items had when one dropped.
Your unique dungeon idea is super awesome, that is exactly what I want to hear!
I was ecstatic to read this post, very clever at the end, and I hope that it comes true as well.
Thank you for taking the time to create this!
Awesome ideas, id love to have a trading post along with the auction house. Id love to trade groups of items or sell on the auction house grps of items
Truly awesome, well-written post! You listed many great ideas, and I appreciate the hard work you shared with everyone. I certainly don't think Blizzard will do away with the AH, but adding the trading post in addition to the AH would be a cool feature. I REALLY like the idea of the end game dungeons. It would actually give us an incentive to play through an entire act rather than doing the same quest over and over. Keep up the good work. I hope Blizzard sees this and implements most all of it.
This is the most AWESOME ideas i've ever read that could imrpove Diablo 3, and the funny thing is Blizzard has people that they pay to come with ideas for diablo 3, I wonder where they hired the monkeys they got at work, cause I doubt they could think about this idea at all. If this comes a reality, Diablo 3 has a great future. But the question is gonna be, will blizzard keep destroying diablo 3 with fake improvements that don't actually improve the game at all, or will they step up and hire you to work for them and make the game actually REALLY good for once.
Only time will tell. And hope that dream comes true.

Grinding Gear Games (Company that produced POE): "These are great Ideas, we will use them for sure as they are clearly what the player base is looking for."
Blizzard: "While we agree that this game needs re-working and that these ideas could help the future of this game, we have no plans to listen to our fan-base at this time."

How are monster density changes fake improvements? Seriously dude now you are just bullshitting.
I agree that these ideas are fresh and quite original (atleast some of them) but that does not mean that Blizzard is not doing anything and just fuckign us up. I love how people say "Maybe blizz will start to listen to its fans" when clearly that's what they have been doing for the past 6 months atleast...
You don't have to be a one sided fanatic if you want to support an idea.
While this does tackle a lot of the mundane issues with Diablo 3 at this time, I feel its still neglecting improper incentives. Who wants to play a game and grind to level paragon 100 just for a portrait border and a larger number? Their current reasoning is to get more MF to find more items. It's like for some reason Blizzard thought the game needed to solely revolve around itemization. What we need is a purpose to gain a level. Stats are okay, but mostly, I think at a minimum an additional tier to the skill rune system is a necessity. I really think that having a skill and choosing a rune is just too shallow or simple for anyone to enjoy for a prolonged period of time. By adding additional tiers of the skill rune system (preferably unlocked at higher paragon intervals) it provides a reason to increase a characters level, it creates diversity among the player types, and depending on the sub-runes themselves, a much deeper way of playing the game. Possibly, unusual procs, or additional proc style bonuses. I really feel that the gameplay in Diablo 3 is stellar, but the leveling system and the way that you gear your characters is just way too generic. It was a success in the fact that it is very transparent (with tooltips on) but because of its simplicity it lacks prolonged stimulation to any more advanced gamer.
I like many of the things here - especially more randomization (especially in overworld), reasons to explore (no incentive to do so currently) & Mystic (but limited upgradability).
The only thing I wouldn't like as stated would be the trading post. By allowing only item trades it's just blind luck to find both a desired item as well as posessing an item the seller desires, compounded over time as players get better geared they will have little/no interest in what most will have available to trade. I think an in-game trading post, accessed via NPC, where a player could place 10 items up for sale (no bid/buyout) and that player could take offers (one at a time) on that item (gold or trade) for as long as that player is logged in. Making an offer puts a hold on offered gold/items for, say 5 minutes, where selling player can accept or reject the offer (maybe an auto-reject below a certain point and/or an "accept best offer" after X time or offers). Basically, facilitate a fair amount of player trading without the incredible efficiency/exploitability of an AH.
Another thing: if the player doesn't want the Familiar bonus and doesn't want to creat a "Familiar-Build", how about making the mystic or another NPC change the set-bonus that focus on a particular ability?
Something like this:
if the mystic knows the right recipes, she can change the Familiar set bonus into a bonus to Hydra or Blizzard or Tornado etc.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind a talent tree system or a point allocation system for paragon leveling where select skills and/or runes can be enhanced. Or a specialization system, like 'Sword & Board: Grants +0.1% block to shields and +0.1% damage to 1H weapons per paragon level' with a repec for X gold, some Demonic Essence and a Fiery Brimstone. Or a respec at the cost of -1 paragon level. Something significant but not punishing for some kind of character development that includes playstyle customization choices.
