So the Zunimassa set has been upgraded and I've been having fun on the PTR. I myself am a more casual player so can push GR80s. I'm sure this set itself will allow others who wants to push higher can achieve that with the change. I mean it's really like HT Garg but more power.
yeah finally! good job for the buff blizz!! but i feel that its not really on par with HT garg and FireBats tho, or maybe i haven't seen any variant of Zuni builds i mean maybe some other variations of Zuni builds out there that its that is yet to discover?
Thanks for sharing Thang. In your video, the Zunis set gameplay does appear to play just like HT garg. It's a shame the developers didn't just buff HT, and find a different way to add character and power to zunis.
Yeah, I'm also curious how it compares. Hard to tell if it's really better than HT. What I'd like to see is fetishes, dogs, and gargs being on par. Right now the Gargantuams just dominate everything for pushing, and dogs and fetishes are just for survivability. But it's certainly a good starter set for sure if it stays this way; you'll probably be able to go straight to T8 or even T10 as soon as you complete chapter 4.
@FEIF81: Look at the video, he gets absolutely terrible rifts and also said that he's playing more casually. He didn't really make density and re-cast the gargs on top of elites and so on, it's a casual GR80 and not "pushing". Before you say it's useless I'd give it a chance to compare on PTR. What I like about Zuni is that you can combine it with other items because it has non-standard armor slots. Although (as people already pointed out on several forums) it sucks that there's no good choice for shoulders.
@OP: Remove Stricken, it's a waste in this build at this level. Stricken really only makes sense once the RG fight takes 2-3 minutes or longer. When the initial hits of your pets already take so much life off of the RG, you can see that Stricken is useless and you'd be better off using something like Esoteric or Molten for toughness, or Powerful for an overal damage boost, or even Pain Enhancer and playing offensively by trying to get high attack speed spikes. In general it bugs me that every guide recommend Stricken because the top dogs use it - but 99% of Diablo players should never ever even level Stricken.
Apologies if this is an inappropriate question now that this thread has been moved to the wd section!
When using a monk generator build, does it also make sense to remove stricken? Im only doing seasonal grift 75-80 with an Innas generator build, but thought the stricken is contributing to the quick boss kills.
The zuni set only buffs pets so it encourages a passive play style.
The set really needs to buff the WD's primary skills and a couple spender skills: spirit barrage (no sets buffs this skill) and grasp of the dead (since it is featured in the zuni set dungeon).
I'd like to tagging mobs with primary skills apply the zuni six bonus so that you could have pet+primary skill (no spenders) as a viable play style.

I did 80 with Zuni over a year ago. Now it should do 90, not 80.
