I am looking for a good casual guild that focuses more on just having fun, playing the game to enjoy it and just more or less a fun social outlet where we can take our time exploring everything the game has to offer, but at a slower pace. I'm not interested in playing solely for the purpose of getting the absolute best loot (although it is important it's not why I play) I just want a group of people that I know will be on when I come on and want to group with me for a couple hours and chat it up while we kill monsters and find sparklies.
That sounds like something I'd be interested in as well but I may be a little more hardcore at first rather then just playing it as a social outlet. I can't help it!
I am DEFINITELY looking for the same thing. This was actually one of the reasons I made a profile on Diablofans. Just looking for some laid back people to play some gory games.
It seems too early for me to even consider searching for a guild/clan. If i do pick one it would be earliest 1 week before release. Picking one this far ahead just seems odd to me.
But anyway ive seen a few people create threads about starting clans and BoD is an active one, so plenty of choices so far and growing.
we have a bake sale every spring to raise funds for our charity, Organs4Us, and it goes horribly. i mean, sometimes we get pity buys, but mostly we end up eating our own cookies and wallow in self-disgust afterwards.

Remember the String of Ears

I am the general manager of a big Diablo 3 project in the works at www.relentlessheroes.com. We are currently one of the largest SC2 teams in existence, and are now expanding into Diablo 3. At the moment we looking to bring in some fresh new faces to help the D3 side of things take off.
We cater to every skill level; there will be a team atmosphere for the more aggressive players, and a general community base for those looking for a relaxed and fun time with clanmates. This model has proved very effective in SC2, and many of our guys are making a transition into D3. We have many resources to offer, and you are more than welcome to come on over with your already established group of friends.
Relentless Heroes has some great things in store for the community. Our professional management team is working to provide the best experience possible. Whether you want to gear-up and hit the PvP scene with a fearsome force, or simply relax in an 'lounge' atmosphere to supplement day-to-day gameplay you should give us a look.
If you have any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to shoot me a meassage, I am more than willing to accommodate your membership inquiries. Check out the D3 section in our forums, www.relentlessheroes.com/forums, and hop on our teamspeak server to say hi!
