So alot of us are worried the sunwuko set may not do enough damage. However we cant complain too much. The Mechanics for the build are better and theres prolly alot we can do for this build now. However with the new iteration on the rainment set it seems a Jawbreaker/Rainment set combo may even be more powerful than the old Sunwuko set. Of course with Rainment smite gem seems to be a lil pointless which wasa pretty good chunk of the Sunwuko build. Hmm Maybe the new Sunwuko mixed with the 2 peice Rainment/Depthdiggers/smite gem cld be as good as old Sunwuko but only to single target. IDK. I cant wait for ptr to try it all out myself but the Jawbreaker/Rainment Seems pretty sick. Ill miss Sunwuko tho if it cant compare. I'm not even sure if jawbreaker wld even be needed with the new Rainment cuz of its 6 Peice.

i mean we havent tried it yet maybe using Jawbreaker is better to spam it then to use the 4peice bonus i was just bringin it up since the both are for Dashing strike. Im just wanting to know if anyone has thot of any ideas for the Changes with monk

If you want to use it like that then its not that much different from what we have now. Imo they just turned it into old but much worse sunwuko 3k% dmg every third hit and you just stand still and auto attack/spam dashing. Sunwuko will deal 15k% dmg with 3 bells and this can deal 15k% with 5 charges -> To replenish 5 charges you need to attack 15 times. Very. Bad. Set. And probaly weapon of choice for that crap atm would be Flying Dragon. Damage from Jawbreaker + whatever would be kinda pathetic.
don't think that would make sense to go 2hander, except of FD, since you would need fast regenerating DS charges, which you get from fast attacks (for 3rd hit). with the 2 & 4 piece bonuses i think it would kinda rock with hexing pants + primary skills gem to go for lame autoattack cookiecut build and then burst 5 charges on elites (or just when they're full). 6pc bonus will still do lightning damage, so probably will be best to stick to lightning... but can't imagine that this setup will be effective, since you need to be head to head with mobs. and if DS remains with this crappy proc bug (no hits sometimes), it may be just smashing up to 2-3 (or more) strikes into oblivion ...
Flying dragon would be best in slot. You get the fast attack speed to generate the charges and still have the high damage range since dashing strike does not take attack speed into account.

I should double check this, but I'm pretty sure that DS CD is related to CDR. (Or did I missed smtg in the patch not that talk about attack speed?)

You missed a lot actually T_T. DS CD is related to your third hit from generator so its related to ias.
will be related to ias yes, for now i think it's still related on CDR, but this massive cooldown on dashing strike just makes anything touching CDR non relevant
