I'm pretty sure they just said they were looking at changing it at some point and that no timeframe was given. I'm almost positive it was never slated for 1.08.

I am looking forward to it, kind of. I've never been of fan of zerg gameplay mechanics, but it's so superior to the other skill / rune alternatives at the moment that I can't bring myself to not use it. Also, they could easily nerf it now if they wanted, so I assume they're holding off to figure out how to not nerf the class too substantially or destroy builds which currently use it. I guess we'll see though.

I can't wait for this change. ToC is SO good compared to EVERY other rune that unless you're doing 25 second runs in game, ToC is better in every instance. I have a P100 barb, love him because of how easy the barb class is compared to everything else, but this change is needed, as it will open up a slot for other runes.
What I think the change will be is ToC will use the same mechanic it has now, but it will have a cap on a total of 30 seconds for the buff, and then it will fall off. This will still mean there's an argument to be made to still use ToC, but the other runes could actually be used as well.
Also, if you're crying that you'll quit because of this change, good. A perma buff with dodge, armor, attack speed, movement speed and CC immunity is practically the definition of overpowerd. If you can't play the game without it, then you should most defiantly quit.

I think that's really lame. Barbarian will still be fast and OP even with any changes to WoTB:TOC. Just slightly less OP than before.
Completely correct. I actually switched out wrath for a long time while doing scorpion runs. Just have to actually be careful of a couple CC affixes.
