836382395: hey, I had ordered BF3 while I was on the west coast visiting friends in East LA and Socal, I ordered BF3 on the 25th at 1030ish I did not get invited to the beta. All my friends i was visiting have checked, and none of them got invited into the beta either, even though they ordered as well using origins, for them, and for me, it says the 26th. The last person i spoke to said it must have been a server error and there is nothing they can do about it

I was on the west coast, bought the game. 1045 pst, origin offer stipulates you must purchase on the 25th before midnight. EA servers read at EST not PST, no where is it stipulated EST/PST it just said midnight. The EA guy checks, im right, he still cant do anything.
EA customer service = incompetent, and they want to release an MMO hahahahahahhahaah

Honestly OP doesn't have much of a leg to stand on. Midnight EST is Midnight EST, it doesn't matter where in the world you are.
When you purchase something with a time stamp, you have to give it a time zone, or else it is referred to as undefined terms and it's a deceptive form of advertising.

you cant class action, you can use individual litigation however. My friend from the West Coast who ordered as well has an email receipt sent on the 25th, yet in origins it says the 26th. He was from SOCAL.
If we actually wanted to follow through we can seek legal action

Oh c'mon. I agree it should've said EST on the advertising, but that's not bad PR, it's bad advertising. Don't blame the guy on the phone, he told you again and again there was nothing he could do. I really doubt customer support is allowed to hand out beta keys.
If I were you, I wouldn't be sharing your conversations publicly. The EA support reps were excellent. They told you exactly what you asked them and despite your rude behavior, continued to calmly tell you they couldn't do anything and told you why.
You didn't read the terms and conditions regarding the time zone issue, were a jackass to the support reps who were doing their job, and you actually think you can seek legal action. Wow.... Or better yet, how about you don't wait until the last minute to pre-order.

In my eyes EA makes games each year for each sport which are mainly very very bad and 95% copy of the previous version. There is no way I am chosing BF3 over MW3 or especially over CS:GO. There is no way I am giving them money for SWOTR just to see my favourite movie ruined(they were releasing Swtor right).

Op is right, but EA wrecks they may not be blizz but they sell games every year for lots of money and won't stop, they don't need good customer service and that sucks. Blizz isn't the worlds greatest either...10 years for a game, then releasing "live" beta but no one gets keys, and no definite release date. All companies are the same.

superfula has a good point that I agree with, the people you were talking to, explained the situation and gave you an answer, thats all they could do, there was no longer a reason to fight with them, or be rude to them.
HOWEVER, though I dont agree with you about it being bad PR, that is indeed your right to think that, and your right to contact them about that if you so wish, but the smarter course of action would be to have contacted them later when a supervisor was there, that could actually help you.
I also think its total crap that EA does not have a contact form for a user to contact a supervisor if he or she feels the need to when one is not on shift.
But the point being the people you talked to, did everything "they" could, so being rude/being mad at them...served no point, take that to the people that matter.

All my friends i was visiting have checked, and none of them got invited into the beta either, even though they ordered as well using origins, for them, and for me, it says the 26th. I was on the west coast, bought the game. 1045 pst, origin offer stipulates you must purchase on the 25th before midnight. EA servers read at EST not PST, no where is it stipulated EST/PST it just said midnight. The EA guy checks, im right, he still cant do anything.
