They froze my account 3 days ago for making a few purchases in the real money auction house.
Now I'm out what I bought, the price of the game, the cost of the authenticator, all out the window.
No response from my message which was a follow up to the message they sent my email account.
I really enjoyed Diablo 3 but if I knew these Brits who run this company were going to make Youtube look like reasonable people, I never would have gotten involved with Blizzard.
I'm UK ancestry myself so I can say 'Brits' if I want. I made a few purchases from my account. This is how they reward people who make cash purchases, by freezing their account? I'm out over $500 (all totalled including the cost of the game) and I'm not a happy camper.
*Yes Brits, that authenticator came from England for which I had to pay $10 international shipping on top of the cost of the authenticator.
You certainly can say Brits, but considering there are no British people running Blizzard, I'm not entirely sure where you got that idea from.
As I said, you'll appeal the decision, it'll get looked at, and if you did nothing wrong then your account will be unfrozen. There have been some 'false positives' with the RMAH which is unfortunate, but it'll get sorted out if you contact Blizzard.
Alternatively, if you did do something wrong, then it's your own fault.
You don't get banned for buying items and you know damn well that's not the whole story.
People can't help themselves.....they run the bots and 3rd party scripts while hanging their real dollars on a bnet account and then get F'd in the A.
I understand wanting to suck your own schlong, but why would you want to fuck your own ass?
That's very interesting, but it does not apply to me. My account is legit,I didn't do any of that stuff and would not know how anyway, I am an older gamer.
They gave me no info, and have not replied to my inquiry. If it was small money I wouldn't care (much) but this is not the case.

It must be a' false positive' I just wish they would look into it, it has been 3 days, but I have a feeling this will drag on for weeks.
I live in Canada and bought a Canada Authenticator. Items shipped from the US to Canada are not generally considered "International' so it must have come from England, those are Brits in the Authenticator videos on Youtube.

Advertising the Authenticator in a video with a English voiceover has nothing to do with where things are shipped from.
Generally whenever I've ordered any physical item from Blizzard Store it's generally shipped from Germany. It's very rare to actually get anything from England.
So yeah, stop assuming, and stop trying to throw blame.
If you're really innocent they'll fix it for you - just don't expect it to be quick. They ban a lot of people and a lot of people will try to appeal regardless of whether they're innocent or not. You're likely in a queue and will be see to soon.

I bought on the RMAH two Maces, over 1100 power each. I only got to try out (lvl60 Monk) the second one with the 1st one (which I had purchased about an hour earlier) for about 20 minutes then boom, ACCOUNT FROZEN.

I've been in the same situation before (well, not exactly the same since it happened on my WoW account). What you have to do is call Blizzard CS, calmly explain your situation, and in ~10 minutes your account will be unbanned.
This guys right speak to some one until you get an explanation, be calm as it will get you the best service.
I've heard that when dealing with large sums of money/gold, wether it's buying or selling, blizzard has an automatic system that disables your account. This is to prevent botting or whatever. Just call them and let them know you're not botting, and they'll flag your account so that it doesn't happen in the future.
That does make sense, I did put a fair amount of money into my account.
* 21 minute wait, that will kill my cell phone time that I have left, and they probably would not have fixed it anyways.
That's nothing, I've waited several hours before when they were slammed.
The Blizz customer support reps are top notch, do not discount what they can and cannot do for you. If they can't help you then they might give you insight on what went wrong and how to work on getting everything back.
Try again when you don't have to worry about your phone time or have another line option, don't just hang up and assume they can't do anything for you, your inaction is when nothing happens.
Phone support is now full and I get the bum's rush from Blizzard.
This is part of why I had to wait a few hours. When you finally do get in, you might be on hold for an hour or so depending on how fast they can more through people. It's not the best system, obviously, but they get a lot of calls and will do what they can once they get you on the line.

If you didn't deserve the ban, then you'll get your account restored. If you did, then it's your own fault.
Either way this doesn't deserve yet another thread on the subject of 'unjust' account bans...

@ Emmo : I hope you are right.
Person-to-person contact is the easiest, fastest, surest way to go in getting the resolution you want, assuming this is a mistake.
I don't have anything running in the background, I just run Diablo 3 (well I have my McAfee virus protection running obviously)
