I hope the winners weren't choosen by 100% randomness. I really put effort and love into my build. I hope they saw some of those great builds. Cause i did and i really thought about the possibilites (especially pvp).

I read the official patch notes when patch 13 went live, so I knew there were a lot of nerfs, but I didn't realize just how big until now. The cynical part of me wonders if this is their way of trying to up the difficulty of Diablo III in all its levels and/or hurt PvE in the name of PvP.
Summon Zombie Dogs now costs 30 mana, down from 295. Each dog now deals 9% weapon damage, down from 15%
This is the second (big) nerf for the zombie dogs in short time. Looks like theres alot of work to do still with the balancing, as skills still are being changed dramatically in regards to numbers
Man monk's skills just got demolished...
Many of them I can be cool about, but they take cyclone strike from 275% to 150% is unacceptable to me.
And our "ulti" costing 100 spirit, going from 450% + 450% to 150% + 150%... That's just nuts. Who the hell is going to use that now?
there was a change to "mystic Ally" not mentioned in the notes . formerly, both ally and the monk got a +50% to health (earth) while now this buff has reduced to 10% . (I adressed to that on previous post)
all together this patch has "nerf" written all over it .

looks like instead of tweaking difficulty they are just making it harder by nerfing, as if having abilities on CD wasn't enough . but that's another topic.
Might I suggest an expandable/collapsible format for publishing such a long list of class changes? Doesn't seem as elegant to just throw 10 pages worth of class changes on the front page of your website.

Soul harvest was just off by one on each time, due t o new runes, thanks for the catch, has been updated
as for the others you listed, they show as correct according to the current ingame files, so ill pass that on to our devs to take a look and see whats up, ty Beta =)
edit. gonna keep it at 33. its really 32.5 but their calc should be rounding it to 33 like all their other spells.
they others are off due to rune level changes, will have them fixed in a bit =D

Didn't expect to win after seeing over 200 pages of entries heh.
Terrify does not increase Magic Find. It only generates a 5% chance to make enemies drop items or gold when the shout reaches them.

soul harvest - vengeful spirit is
70% dmg to every mob hit. and your description has "24 mana per enemy" which is the description of swallow your soul.
all the descriptions on soul harvest are switched around as well.
Poison dart - spined dart description is wrong. its per hit not per second
corpse spiders - blazing spiders is 32% not 33%
plague of toads - toad of hugeness does 28% dmg per second not 20%.

huh? im looking at the beta right now. it says 32% for fire spiders and 28% dmg per second on toad of hugeness on the skill UI....?
