Discipline skills are FAR more Assassin like than amazon like. The only skills you can truly attribute to Zon like are the ones that deal with the arrows. The rest are sin like.
but for the sake of things, let's agree to disagree
indeed sir, +1 for ending it now. lolz

I personally hope that the WD is played the least... So that when I play it as my first and by far favourite class, I'll be more unique than all the cliche barbs running around. =)
according to the amount of topics and replies on this website over the many months of being up, the DH is by far the least liked, just like i said. and the WD is 4th. but i still love him :P.
and monk is 3rd, so suck it monk haters!
+1 For smart thinking
BTW i think they will be Barb>Wizard>WD>Monk>DH Most to least played (playing Monk 1st, DH 2nd, RollDice 3rd)
I voted WD, even though it is my favorite at the moment.
I just don't think people feel like they are doing enough damage when they don't see big numbers, and the WD has more dots than nukes, so they feel like it is weak or something.

I know exactly what you are talking about. However, Haunt with its no limit now,
owns. lol I just have my zdogs and spam haunt and everything blows up
Demon hunter has the most synergistic skills set at low level as far as I can see. They work very very well together unlike other classes that I have seen so far. DH is the smoothest of all five classes in the beta that I have played.
doesnt really matter because according to website stats its by far the least popular. which makes sense.

tested all the chars... in terms of intuitiveness & damage output (assuming those will be the factors for popular classes) it'll be:
wiz/barb (i think they're almost equal) --> Monk --> WD --> DH
wiz aoe/spell abilities are unparallel imo.
barb's damage output & mobility via leaping attack is amazing.
monk is also pretty intuitive to play... but it lacks skill synergy & ways to expend your spirit points.
WD is confusing as hell to play in the beginning, but the further you get in the game, the more fun it gets! (moar dots!)
i really didn't like DH personally. low damage output haven't been able to maximize damage output even after gearing him out, hate generators kind of suck...

regarding the monk, the best skills by far you get later on... lol... wave of light, seven sided strike, tempest rush, mystic ally.
but in the beta you have lashing tail kick which is 225% dmg and no cd, so thats an awesome way to use spirit, and lethal decoy which does awesome dmg as well, what are u talking about no ways to expend spirit? lol

that's true. i based my thoughts on what is going on in beta since there's no reliable way for me to test how awesome the monk's skills are end-game.
your second point about lashing tail kick... you're right. i forgot that it's no longer on CD. forget what i said about spirit spenders... that was pre-patch :x...
of course all of this being said, i will be playing monk as my first character... because they are awesome
I got my hands on beta this weekend and I must say that monk was by far my least favorite class to play. Spirit generators just didn't seem to gain enough spirit and lacked the punch that the spenders had.
Barbarian, which I have always been set on being my main... is absolutely amazing. Everything I have hoped for

the spenders are supposed to be far more powerful then the generators.... <_<
from the looks of the skill calc the generators for the monk arent that great until they are runed.

been playing D2 for years, RARELY saw druids of any type COMPARED to the rest of the classes. not in general, but in comparison
The poll isn't about who we think sucks... it's about who we believe is least interesting and as a result will end up being less played.
BTW i think they will be Barb>Wizard>WD>Monk>DH Most to least played (playing Monk 1st, DH 2nd, RollDice 3rd)
"Just google "diablo 3 gold guide" and magical rainbow covered demons will assault your eyes."
monk is still third in popularity on the website. so id go off those numbers rather then the few numbers on this poll.

In the beta however, i did not find a lot of wizards. Maybe wiz players have a natural tendecy for soloing...
