Well I agree on most of the stuff.. but mounts? I am not sure about the mounts and also I disagree on the cloak guild mark that would been to gay.. unless it rely did fit the cloak and not look so gay as in GW but, aye id like to add 1 ting.. What about a ressing spell for party members? so that we don't always have to run all the lame way back to the corpse.
As we already know theres a new class with loads of awesome spells, now what if they add a spell to him that ress the party member(s) called maybe umbumawke now thats just a word i made up but, it fits the Wichdoctor^^ also we could use something with spirit recall or what ever.
have we heard anything about PVP? officially? it seems a lot of the questions were about the story mode but what about Player vs Player. you know the fun part
the Witch Doctor can cast fire on his pets and make it exploded.
why not burn the mobs and blast them directly.
then i imagine a scene that Barb burn a mob with his fire hamer then Witch Doctor ( or a Mage I hope ) blast it. this will be a good example of cooperation.
I posted this as an independent thread, but I guess it probably belongs better here. I hope you won't blame me for not reading through 144 pages, so any rehashed info is unintentional...
Basically, I think I have a pretty good idea of what the final class lineup will look like. This is assuming 5 classes and if I'm retreading old ground, you'll have to forgive me. I haven't had a chance to catch up on all of the current threads.
Essentially, I think Blizzard is going for a class lineup that will satisfy most archetypes that people typically enjoy in fantasy RPGs with a couple twists (judging by the Witch Doctor.) That's tough to do with only five classes, but I think it makes it pretty simple to pin down what we can expect.
First, just on intuition, I think the split is going to look like 3 Returning Classes + 2 New Classes.
What we have:
-A dual-wielding, savage melee monster with lots of health and less armor.
-A very unconventional, outside-the-box caster with strong tones of Necromancy. Despite what the panel said, I think this pretty much rules out Necromancer for the initial release.
In order to cover the broad base of fantasy archetypes, I'm pretty sure this is close to what we'll see in the other three classes:
-A more heavily armored, martial melee class with a shield and some spell-like abilities. I'd love to see the Paladin come back, personally, and that's what I'd put my money on to fill this slot. However, they may pull a fast one and do something new, along the lines of a Mage Knight. Straight-up warrior seems unlikely. With only five classes, I don't think there's room for a Warrior AND a Barbarian, as they're both essentiall nonmagical guys that hit things.
-A more conventional caster. Sorcerer/ess is the most obvious and, in my opinion, most likely choice. The Witch Doctor looks brilliant, but I'd be surprised if they didn't give us a less "quirky" spell-slinger. The druid could also make a return here, but I think that particular class is more likely to return in an expansion down the road.
-A stealthy character, likely with nonmagical ranged attacks. This, personally, is where I would bet we'll see something totally new. Not quite the classic assassin and not quite the classic ranger, probably with some elements of the Amazon-- almost assuredly with the sort of off-the-wall twist we're getting from the Witch Doctor. I'm not entirely sure what this one will look like, but it would seem odd not to have a class that focuses on bow use.
Alternately, we could see a sort of Aragorn-ish "Warrior/Hunter/Ranger" in the other melee slot, in which case I'd say class #5 would be some sort of twist on the stealth class along the lines of:
Witch Doctor is to Necromancer AS (Class 5) is to Assassin.
A lot of the same flavor and feel, but going in a more creative direction.

The Diablo 3 Barbarian: His Mid-Life, Your Crisis.
That's what made it fun, the thought that you could die at any second from some unforseen event and everything would be lost. Living on the edge, baby!
I like a lot of the stuff that he says, personally, the higher max level... I would like to see no max level, IMO.
I would love to see raid parties, in addition to normal parties. More than 8 players in the game would be a bonus too. I'm still not sure if it will be an MMO thing, like one big level , or if it will be single games like the old Diablos.
I think Blizzard really has an opportunity here to push the online experience with the genre. Including online content updates, a GM presence, guilds events, pvp areas open to the public - basically pushing the hack and slash online experience more towards that of a traditional MMO
i agree and i also think that you guys should make it so that we can customize our characters ,like hair size, colour , facial expressions, age of character (like 20s-50s) etc..
- Town Portal Book:
No book of town portal. Its annoying to repurchase the scrolls, and takes up space in my inventory. Lets bring it back as a skill that every class has, same as it was in the original Diablo, Diablo 1.
- Identifying Items:
Same as above for identifying items. If Deckard Cain doesnt provide free id's as he did in Diablo 2, then they should make this a skill, one that every class possesses.
- Bigger > endless stash:
Diablo 2 stash was too small for a game based on questing, and collecting cool items. The least they could do is make it a lot bigger.
- Individual Transfering:
They should give you an option to click a "Transfering" checkbox when creating a game. It would allow the player to immediately transfer items in-between characters, and would allow only that cd-key to access the particular "Transfering" game. If a player wanted to transfer with a friend, give freind items, and so on; he could still do so by creating a normal password game..
- Mercenaries:
If merc's are still in, I would really like it if they made them fully equipable (ie. Amulet, ring, gloves, boots, armor, helm...)..
- Mercenarie Items:
If there indeed are Merc's, I would like it if they made certain loot that falls out "mercenarie loot". The player wouldn't be able to equip this loot himself, only use it on his Merc. This would introduce a whole other element to the game. Imagine having to look for, or trading for godly Mercenarie loot...
- Runes, Rune words:
High runes shouldn't be so difficult to find, not easy either. Find a happy medium. This would encourage people to look for their runes, and not dupe, purchase duped runes.. Plus, runes should play an even bigger role in Diablo 3. More runewords would be a nice addition.
- Gambling for Items:
Would be nice if you could gamble for unique items, but the odds of actually getting one should be astronomical.

In the demo it seemed like gold was auto looted. I could be mistaken though.
