The Biggest nerf is the Proc Chance of "Run like the wind" if you ask why here is why :
A ) You won't get the "Life on Hit" Factor so often from the tornadoes u left behind you.
B ) You won't get the "Fury Per Hit" Factor so often from the tornadoes u left behind you.
So basically with that Nerfed Proc chance now you will not get the Life Steal / On Hit you have right now and you won't be able to recover the fury so good / fast as you do on 1.0.4 .
After that they Nerf the Shout for All Resist from 50% to 20% and that will cost you a lot of survivability because (for me) the -30% resist lost is over 140 @AR (All Resist).
What Upgrades i think you should do before the patch hits :
A ) Get 5 parts from Immortal King (Helm, Chest, Belt , Boots and Gloves)
B ) Get a Mighty Weapon in Main Hand.
C ) If you can't get " A) " then buy Gear with a lot of All Resist.
What you should not do Before the patch :
You should not buy Rings and Amulets because the Price of them is probably gonna be lower when the patch hits.
/// Some ppl say the Price of the Rings and Amulet's that is right now will stay the same and the new one's will cost 10 x X times more, but i think the Price of the Rings and Amulets will be lower when the New one's hit the AH.
So i really wanna hear your feedback about what you think for the BARB Nerfs and "Buffs" .

Well, except that you'll actually gain a lot of survivability because they're nerfing monster damage far, far more than the loss of 140 resist all will cost you.
#1 - Your Fury generation is increased by 2. That means: it's like having a 4th passive skill which would be Unforgiving by default. It's extremely powerful.
#2 - Because of that, you do not lose Fury while you're outside combat
#3 - You actually GAIN fury just by standing still being in combat
#4 - You heal yourself for 5hp per Fury spent. This can be interesting if you have a Blade of the Warlord. You can get 25hp back per Fury Spent, which is extremely powerful as well. Everytime you Whirlwind (in patch 1.0.5) you'd gain 250 life (without any diminishing return or nerfs) on top of all your LoH and LS
#5 - Looks sick as fuck! It's in my opinion the best looking set in the game
from my understanding of the coefficient being changed, it will reduce the chance to gain fury, and also for the rune blood funnel to proc life for you. it doesn't mean that you won't be able to gain life / fury, it'll happen less... it seems the best solution is to try it out, if you need fury, get a mighty weapon and use weapons master, if you need life, stack more life steal and/or life on hit... st0rmie has the right idea with war cry nerf not being as devastating as making the skill unusable. sure, you'll have less, but with monsters doing less in general it should balance out. i agree to some extent, however, that it could cause issues on higher monster levels, as you will be less protected... but something has to be hard, here... especially for this build. Mpower10 isn't supposed to be easy... it's supposed to be hard.. just like inferno was originally designed to be

Yeah sure, go on believing that...
players x - monsters will hit like a truck! and u got 30% less resist.
They really are smashing barbs faces with the nerf hammer guys... dont be so deluded.
I've heard that if you play on odd numbered servers with numbers larger 112, then the barb nerfs do not apply.
^ this
Lifesteal is just as potent as it always has been, if your damage is high enough you can go from dead to full health in the blink of an eye.
They nerfed how quickly you gain fury, but also the speed at which you spend it. It really feels no different to me when fighting a mob on the PTR, the only difference is you have to spam sprint/br to make sure you are spending your fury fast enough to keep wotb up full time.
A mighty weapon/Animosity passive is not necessary, but could help if your gear is not great yet. I was able to go to the ptr with the same build I use on live, and had to make no changes whatsoever.

lol...
Yeah, since they added optional difficulty increase to the game and in those higher difficulties monsters hit harder, that means Barbs got nerfed? Flawless logic.

He means that when blizzard nerfed the Run Like the Wind rune they didn't need to Nerf anything else (specially the All Resist buff).
Because even if they nerf the monsters dps when you don't have Resists Elit packs will still damage you more than Normally.
If you ask wyh here is why - Cuz they are A) Attacking you and Hitting you with Elemental Attacks.
Pure Example - > A Normal Psy. Mob with Elec. + Arcane + Extra HP so when u hit them u get hit from the Elec. and then when they spawn Arcane Lazers and u are a WW Barb u will go true those lazers and take damage and those 140 (or more) resist mather because if you have Before Patch 550-650 Resist with the Buff after the patch u will have 450 Resist and that my friend is a terrible thing to have as a survivability.

Wrong. They nerfed monster damage, as well as resistances. Both were reduced to balance each other out, and the net result is slightly higher survivablility after the patch. The damage from affixes like electrified, arcane enchanted, molten ect are not independant of monster damage reduction...all these things had their damage reduced by 25%.
You guys seem to be under the impression that War Cry: Impunity was the only ability in the game to get nerfed. Every class across the board had survival skills reduced to balance the damage nerfs.
WW barbs are obviously imbalanced, and to bring them back in line with other classes they decided to also reduce the effectiveness of LoH, which is separate from the warcry nerf. If the Proc coefficient for sprint was unchanged, barbs would be just as overpowered as they are currently on live, the changes level the playing field a bit.
I played a ww barb on ptr mp10, solo & as a group, don't spend your gold till after the patch, barbs are fine, nothing is selling for a reason, the smart ppl are saving for the patch.
A ) Get 5 parts from Immortal King (Helm, Chest, Belt , Boots and Gloves) - not needed, but it can't hurt. some other better rolled pieces can do just fine.
B ) Get a Mighty Weapon in Main Hand. - not needed, fury generation isn't an issue...I don't use a Mighty weapon or animosity...still fury capped.
C ) If you can't get " A) " then buy Gear with a lot of All Resist.- don't use WC-impunity at all 650-750 resists is still good...
MP10 was doable..takes awhile but doable.... but for efficiency and speed I'll just be running MP6 anyway.
Uhhhhh I played my barb in ptr and I do just fine doing acts with MP5. If i have full IK armor, which I'm working on, I'll farm MP10 all day. People that have played WW barb in ptr and cry a lot is because they don't have great gear. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Zekeus-1607/hero/104033

+1 after patch u will need great gear to farm MP10 :/

no lifesteal is based off your damage, not the proc coefficient...
if you do 100k damage, doesnt matter what u do it with, lifesteal will heal u by a %-the cuts, thats all...
Well, except that you'll actually gain a lot of survivability because they're nerfing monster damage far, far more than the loss of 140 resist all will cost you.
5 PC Immortal King is good for a couple reasons

Get your facts straight before making a thread/video like this?
Moved to the Barb section.
