Monster power does give you exp at 60, +160% at level 10.
''With this system, players can choose to increase the health and damage of monsters according to different "power levels" and in return they’ll receive scaling bonuses to experience (for heroes levels 1-59) as well as boosts to Magic Find and Gold Find (for heroes in Inferno)''
this is in the current patch notes, it clearly say for heroes levels 1-59
where did you see that it give exp bonus to level 60 heroes ?
It says "as well as" right there. People who have played it say that you get all three in Inferno.
Maybe its just a bug, unless they changed their minds
Also, even if you can get more exp, you'd need a ton of exp to make it worth it since you wont run as fast in a m10 game than in a m3 game, at all.
You are wrong my friend, its still "Random" but more loot means more chance to get good loot.
nope. the chance is always the same! if you roll a normal dice once you have 1/6 to roll a 6. if you roll again, the chance is still the same!
A serial killer who likes to gamble has a gun to your head. He says he won't shoot you if you can roll a 6 on the six-sided dice he always carries in his pocket. He says you can have 1 roll or 10 rolls to get the 6, up to you. You say I'll just roll it the once cause I'll just have the same chance the other nine times anyway . . . .
Honestly, I doubt it will be worth it, but it's hard to say at this point (obviously). I hope it is because it would add much needed depth to the game, but if the only advantage is MF then, well... running with 375 MF still results in a crap-ton of garbage, so it seems like running with double that amount would just result in... roughly double the garbage.

op seems like a idiot, should probably focus on school and stop thinking he is balling off diablo 3.
Yeah, because selling my character before a patch is totally idiotic. And if your refering to my spelling, english is not my first language. I may sound like I really care about making profit and not loosing a cent in this game, well, this is how I roll and this is why im probably 5x richer than you in this game. You seems like the idiot who is mad because I said I sold my barb for 700$ lol. I played this game a lot and I wouldnt say that im proud of it lol.

I dont know why people think MF is like a myth lol, yes you get more garbage but you also get more loots so more chance of getting good loot and more legendaries.

It's not a bug, it's your bad knowledge of English.

It clearly say that the exp is for heroes level 1-59 and if its not, then they either changed their mind, its a bug, or they simply misspelled it in the patch notes. We're talking about paragon leveling at level 60, dumbass.
Remember, monster power was originally added to appease those who find the game too easy or too hard. The people who were upset at the nerfs can go have fun in MP 10. Sure, the MF is higher, but most players won't want to bother with challenge or simply won't have the gear to farm the place efficiently, which is probably more likely.
It's also something nice to shoot for. If you can ever farm MP10 with any sort of speed, you'll be rich! I mean, 600+ MF... lol, what the heck.
Seriously, can people stop pretending 600% mf is much?, 0.0006% chance, now increase it six times. Droprate STILL SUCKS.
6x more chance of finding better items including legendaries, how do that sucks ? if you find 2x more items than someone with no mf, its the equivalent of having 2x more dps than him since two of his runs will be the equivalent of only one of your runs. Its not because you did a few runs with high mf and didnt find anything good that it mean that mf sucks, you will see a difference over a ton of games.
Similar to the "Players X" command in Diablo II, Monster Power is a system designed to give players more control over how challenging enemies are in each difficulty.
Step 1: Open up the in-game Options menu (default: Esc) and select the Gameplay tab.
Step 2: Check the box next to "Monster Power" to enable it.
Step 3: Open up the Quest Selection window.
Step 4: Select your designed Monster Power level from the drop-down box near the bottom of the window, under "Difficulty Setting."
Step 5: Once you've set your Monster Power level, quest, and difficulty, click "Select Quest" to confirm.
Step 6: Enter game and profit!
"No Monster Power" is the default setting. Each Monster Power level will increase the health and damage of monsters, and in return players will receive scaling bonuses to experience (for heroes levels 1-60) as well as boosts to Magic Find and Gold Find (for heroes in Inferno) which will stack above the 300% cap. The option to increase Monster Power will be available to all players starting at level 1 and can be adjusted separately for Normal, Nightmare, Hell, and Inferno difficulty.
(Note: If you join a multiplayer game, you will adopt the Monster Level of the party leader. When you leave the party, your Monster Power level will automatically revert back to your previous setting.)
And since the XP bonus worked in inferno when PTR went down, I'm guessing that the person responsible for the PTR patch notes messed up
Doesn't make sense that monster HP and dmg will go up but you wont get more XP from them, its kind of counter productive.
If we only get a bonus % to MF and xp, it will be easy to figure out if high monster power is worth it. If the HP increase goes 1.5X but we get much less than 1.5X the good stuff per monster power level, there's really no point in playing at high monster powers. Sure you spend a bit less time running from pack to pack but unless you aren't killing packs so fast so that MOST of your time is spent running, increasing HP so much is pointless if the MF% isn't proportional to the HP increase. Especially when their damage is increased on top of everything.
If monster HP is 30X and damage is 2-4X at monster power 10, I would expect to get at least 30X the exp and loot (or close to it) in order to even consider bothering with it. At paragon level 45 with 5 stacks of valor we have 210% MF, so we'll need more like 9000% magic find to bother with monster power 10. Or we'll need so much gear that we kill monster power 10 elites in a few seconds and spend most of our time actually running to the next one.
As it looks so far, monster power doesn't add challenge to the game because nobody is going to play it. It's about the same "adds challenge" as the challenge you would get by intentionally using less powerful items. As in, you might do it once for the hell of it but over time you're most likely not going to bother.

According to this calculator act 4 mobs are mlvl 64. Can anyone comfirm this? If it's so we might want to farm act 4 And what about bosses, are they lvl 63 or higher?

How to Change Monster Power Level
Lylirra gives us a quick rundown on how to change the Monster Power levels.

Unless you got a good party.

Then totally worth it!
I don't think that's right. General consensus was all act 3 and 4 mobs were the same level, namely 63.
