I'm not sure if you guys recognize this, but the blood shards are on the far left now instead of the right. Also, I looked at the main menu of the PTR in terms of clan communities, and I found that the communities, friend list and clan finding are all in one tab. minor changes I guess in terms of quality of life improvements.
I bet those 5 non-crits are multiplied by your proc coefficient. So if you're attacking with a low proc skill, you need like 8 non-crits.
That would be horridly pointless. and attack which crits a single target is an attack which crit. There's no need to double penalize AoE for the proc and I'd be surprised if Blizzard did so.
Only the last three look like they could make it into end game use. I suspect the others are xmog fodder or make-do until your preferred item drops at best.
sidenote: I like how they added 2 new pairs of gloves without legendary powers.
lol, right? Anyone know what this is about? After all the work they're doing adding powers to the legendaries that don't have them, surely they haven't added more legendaries with no power? Maybe these will get some added later?
orlash buff? does he still sit in stealth for the whole fight lol?
I didnt see him going in stealth or spawning small demons, but I stood as far from him as possible, so this might still be there. What I did see was him multiplying just like Uber Diablo and casting Lightning Breath. His breath wasn't that wide, but it was just as long and hit pretty hard.
Also, on Arcstone and Ashbringer. Arcstone doesn't proc too often, it looks pretty weak too and lightning link is there for just a second. It looks like a pale-bluish line between two players (we tested it with a monk, me playing a wiz). Unless they buff the proc rate, I am not using it with a Templar.
Ashbringer has very low rate to raise skeletons. I cleared half the Fields of Misery and did it pretty quickly with new Tal Rasha, and I only got it to proc once. It lasted for just a few seconds :/

That's a pre-PTR Laws of Seph, for the record.

Bone Warlock's adds (skeletal minions) now have a single elite affix each. ex: reflect, arcane, knockback etc. i like it
edit: woops!
strange that i never realized that at all.
whatever
They used to have it in the past too: reflect, knockback and mortar

Im pretty sure they would be adding effects on that one. maybe on a future ptr patch.
seriously though...did your really think they would be adding glorified rares in 2.2 patches?
not new at all
//// ot: those weapons are really cool, especially the outright cooldown reduction!
Hellcat Waistguard no longer rolls with +dmg to elites http://i.gyazo.com/ec9b101dd51632ff8c1bcfcb938d1719.png
Can't reroll to it either http://i.gyazo.com/ab60db2fdfbf251895497f06e56526ff.jpg
Best Non-Ashbringer addtion in the patch IMO
I noticed items no longer have durability in PTR. So no more repairs?
Wings from the CE show up on the character selection screen, before you make a game.

It's in the patch notes:

They changed the description of the "Scourge" too . You have 20-45% chance to do 2000% fire damage i think.
If pet attacks etc work with this ring it's gonna be extremely powerful. Wow. Didn't expect that it's going to work this way.
Didnt hear any whispers
Is Blizzcon ring getting a new name? If not.....that's lame.
