Man, glad I asked this question because yup, the email address is faulty. I did receive a legitimate response from Blizzard the day I pre-ordered, and like you said, no product key. The email in question was a fake email address. Glad I didnt try opening the links. Thanks Folks!
To quote the email, it says "After you successfully get the serial number, you can pre-install the game file. So that on 2014/3/25 12:00noon, when the game is released, you can start the game directly."
So, I would just like some clarification on this point from someone. The email I received from Blizzard with the RoS account key, states that RoS will be launched at 12pm noon on the 25th of March. Now, I have seen other people state it is launching at midnight, which is not what I have seen from Blizzard. Also, if it does indeed launch at noon, is it safe to assume that is PST, so 3pm EST? That is one thing that is not stated in my email from them.
I wish I could provide more info=( I was just clicking away and didnt even notice the reagents until I went to my stash, so I honestly have no idea which items gave them.
While playing my wizard, I am getting a ton of wizard only items that I am unable to wear. I have not noticed anyone else mention this. Has anyone had this happen as well?
Ya, dinged 60 about half way through Act 2. Most of the last 15 levels was on Torment 2 or 1, but earlier on, Torment 5 was easy enough with some high level gems etc. The leveling sure did go fast!
I decided to make a new toon, to see how the leveling would go once the Crusader was released. This game has become a lot more fun on the leveling grind. Im currently level 45, havent even finished Act 1 yet. Its so nice to know that you dont have to replay the game over and over to get to level 60 anymore. Its fast, its fun, and its nice actually going slow and checking out every nook and cranny in each zone. It feels like the old diablo for once. Definitely loving this patch.....except for Odeg, F that guy!
I did not play on the PTR, and avoided as many videos as I could to retain the feeling of it being "new". I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised by the patch so far. The graphics are crisp, visually very nice looking. The changes definitely do take some getting used to. No more steam rolling through a wall of mobs, but I think I will enjoy this new play style more in the long run. Got my first legendary after about 20 minutes, not too bad. Granted the item wasnt great lol. Im very happy with this so far. Well done Blizz!
Prior to reluctantly turning into a whirlwind barb, I loved using cleave. It just was NO where near as efficient unfortunately. I am glad the change is occurring as it made the game rather, brainless. I was be making a crusader from the launch of RoS and will be enjoying knowing nothing about the class. It will feel like whole new game again.
