posted a message on Patch 1.0.9 Preview, a dream...
It's sad that people on the forums got million times better ideas then people in Blizzard who are payed for ideas.
Great post man, keep it up.

Makes me feel sad knowing that we are waiting for patch with minor changes for 2 months. Makes me feel wonder how long will we wait for some real content patches...
Minor changes? "real content" you will get in an expansion, not in these patches, this isn't a subscription based game like WoW where you get content updates every few months.

I've been playing diablo 1 and 2 for 15 years almost and no one said I want dragons in diablo nor 5 expansions.
This game is broken and half empty. It needs more random dungeons, more bosses, more viable builds and much much more. Not sure why did you mention WoW at all, I m really sick hearing about WoW lately on DiabloFANS forum.

For those complaining about people wanting more all the time, I'm usually one of you, but for once I'm not agreeing.

Paragon 100 is one hell of a long grind away. even with the most efficient build and extremely good gear, it's going to take many, many hours of killing monsters to achieve. If you're not a gamer that has 18 hours a day to spend playing, or doesn't have the luck/real money/desire to get high level gear to play higher MPs, or just fancies playing all 5 characters rather than constantly using one - the lofty heights of Paragon 100 are still a way off and something to look forward to. Not to mention something to show off and brag about once you've achieved it.

If the bonus was awarded every 10/20/25 paragon levels, or just a flat out reward at 100, it might feel more impressive. At the moment, a bonus that stacks by 3% doesn't feel that much worth pushing up every time. If I had something more at 100, even though it's only cosmetic that I'm after, then I might feel the desire to face more levels and maybe finally get past 70 on my main at last.

I'm playing 2 hours a day at max and I'm almost level 80. What 18 hours are you talking about ?
You are surely doing something wrong.

At level 75 you are only 50% there ;)

Awesome math. BRB, gonna play 18 hours a day.

As I mentioned in my first comment, not impressed.
This build works on Belial and machines mostly because targets are completely static without any afflixes.
Farming mp 8 - 10 with this build is at least 10 times slower then any other build.

Don't take me wrong, this build looks like a lot of fun but I don't think it's even close to effective as some others. Also, even done I m playing my WD since day one, I'm not stating I m right, just my own opinion so don't take it too serious :8).

Post me a video where you kill elite group on mp 8 - 10 in around 20 seconds and I ll agree that it's awesome.

    Check out my build: http://www.diablofans.com/topic/90869-wd-gameplay-aint-only-bears-build/

Well until the patch goes live, nothing is final. We could see many more changes added to the PTR over time, as we saw with the 1.0.7 PTR.

otherwise , this patch will be a total joke

I disagree 100%. This patch addresses a LOT of quality of life issues you face at the end-game (if there is such a thing). Crafting and farming diversity.

Dont listen to the idiot troll. This pacth is great and he knows it.

Since we are idiots, could you please tell us what's so great about it ?

Well you state no class changes...Wizzard got changes.

There was never going to be itemization in 1.08.

The content changes were basically mob density changes. We are offered more then act 3 now.

Mutliplayer got a huge buff, crafting faster isn't useless, fast leveling, and ID all.

AH Comparison no more buying loot that might not be an upgrade because you couldn't tell.

Should I let the list just go on? Its a great patch man in my opinion..no need to be negative changes are better then none.

So you have more MF in group so you can get even more ubber crap that you can much easily identify to vendor it ?
You are leveling faster so you can hit paragon 100 and still get ubber ultra crap ?
So now instead of 1 linear route without any randomness, you can farm in 4 ?

Does this seriously looks like something that in any way helps or fixes any aspect of the game at the moment ?

Game was out for a year now and they dare to give us such poor patches that could have been implemented months ago. Identify all ? Are you kidding me ?

I hope that most of you are trolling and arguing just because you are bored, otherwise, if you are taking 2 no-lifers and this game really so serious, I feel sorry for most of you.

Not sure why are people getting insulted by them. Every single thing they say is completely true and I'm pretty sure all of you are aware of it. The way they are saying it might sound kinda egoistic but keep in mind that those no lifers who are saying it are the best at what they do, games, so I m pretty sure they are right.

D3 is completely poor in almost every aspect expect combat and as it is now, I m afraid that it will keep loosing more and more people every day. Why I still play it ? Cause I have pretty nice life and I don't have time to switch another game every month.

So, faster leveling, more crappy loot while in party, faster crafting that is 95% completely useless.
No class changes, no content updates, no itemization update, nothing.

So tell me exactly, what's great in this patch ?

Hey man and thanks for the video and the effort.
Currently, I m not impressed with your video or the build since it's really really slow and far away from being effective. This might change in 1.0.9 when low level items you have to use get lvl63,, at the moment I wouldn't suggest this build to anyone, since pretty much any other build is much safer, faster and more effective.

posted a message on Jay Wilson left. Like or dislike ?
You can never EVER blame one person for anything, talking generally now nor one person can have so much rights and effect on others. It's the entire team who failed and if majority disagreed with Jay, I m pretty sure things would go different way.

Diablo is not just another game, it's the game which had soul, feeling, complete epicness when it comes to everything: combat, music, horror, items, modes, PvP, randomness and huge list to continue with.

Diablo 3 has really flawless combat system, solid graphics (could be much better), has some nice features but it's missing the biggest and the most important thing, gameplay.

I hope they will make D3 better and it's already going in that direction.
    Cheers!

posted a message on WD Gameplay - "Ain't only Bears" Build
    Quote from seenUzehr

What do you have to say on IAS/Crit allocation and priority. Are there any important breakpoint that bears have or am I right in assuming it only makes the cast faster. I'd like to know breakpoint anyways if you know it so I don't overstack on IAS for no reason.

I try to stay away IAS much from as I can right now in favor of +average as it will without a doubt be the best dps increase stat of the two.

Also, what's your take on skorn? I could see it working well together, or would the lost mana reg hit the spec too hard?

Hey Uzer and thanks for posting.

I'm not really too much into theory crafting but when it comes to any attributes, I always tend to find the nice balance, where you can deal enough damage and on other hand survive, which is much more important.

Witch Doctor is probably the only class that gets really poor bonuses from attack speed and honestly I don't think it matters much. I always tend to focus on Intelligence and the most important stat, mana regeneration. Attack speed will maybe change your DPS number but is it really a correct DPS shown ?

I would suggest any WD to focus on MP5 and intelligence, get around 4000 armor. I will upload another video where I talk about WD and how easy it is to almost get infinite mana and spam bears forever.
