Critical mass is a great build. When I dinged 60 I farmed ALOT of stuff using the critical mass build. It basically focuses on critical strike chance and CD reduction with diamond skin to protect yourself.
I have played diablo 2 since v.07 and after for about 7 or 8 years total. it is one of my passions, I haven't played in atleast a year but I would love to join the community.

Not at all.. Diablo 2 didn't allow the use of @ or 0. They should keep it unique Alpha only. Once you choose a name "Axeslayer" just as an example, no one else should be able to use it.
This is also a concern of mine. Having a unique name is how you can stand out in the community. What if 300 people make the name Sixen and 299 of them are complete asshats in every game they join? This makes our beloved Sixen look like an ass by indirect association.
It also makes it harder to give popular builds proper credit. If there was a witch doctor named ChaotiK who was dominating the PvP scene.. searching for "chaotik's diablo 3 pvp build" might bring up a bunch of fakers =)
Looks like a great build to me, although with that processor(all new computers really) I would advise getting 2 hard drives and installing a raid 0. Your computer will run a lot faster this way.
If I were you I'd get a SSD drive as well, or at least two different SATA drives. I'm allergic to installing my games on the same physical drive I've got my OS on.

you want to go with an i5 2500k instead of the 2500. so you can oc later when you need it. you don't need aftermarket on some models. check newegg.com customer reviews. there will always be lots of bad products and a few good ones.
I originally was going to go with the 2500k but I really don't plan on over-clocking anything.

I have a cracked version of camtasia and fraps and let me tell you fraps is the way to go. Camtasia is VERY resource heavy. Fraps FTW
