You obviously don't know old diablo system because you are talking about bags, what the hell.

You obviously take an inventory system way to seriously.

Yes it is, you are lying to yourself if you say it's not a challenge.

Such a challenge to click on my Tome of Town Portal if I don't feel like dropping stuff and sell/stash instead. Jeez, that was rough, good thing I made it...I was getting worried.

Then diablo is not a game for them obviously, they need to go back to the easy and happy world of their other favorite game IMO.

Yea D2's bags are what made it challenging. We obviously aren't D2 fans cuz we don't like the bag system. How blasphemous.

Can you please tell me something relevant to the discussion. Yes it add a claustrophobic feel because you need to find space for the thing you find and sometime you need to leave items on the ground. You need to make decisions, and it adds a challenge.

WHAT? You think that the BAGS were a CHALLENGE of a game? Thats just stupid. Oh yea I gotta walk down this corridor to kill a huge ass demon but lets make sure that my bags aren't full so i can pick up his loot! Awww yea, so challenging, it thrills me every time i have to abandon some equipment. Yea, thats a great system.

You are saying that Diablo 2 inventory was a flaw ? It was a top-seller. I don't it was a flaw. I don't think you are a true fan of Diablo.

You're right. I'm sorry. D2 had no flaws, how silly of me.

WoW is a top seller, its certainly not flawless. Your argument makes no sense.

Maybe it is not realistic for you, but at least it is FAR more realistic than the mmorpg alternative, and it add the claustrophobic feel to the game.

If you're honestly this concerned about the inventory of the game you're worrying about things that are far too minimal. Yes it may be more realistic, but in the end its just a backpack.

I think that you shouldn't just be able to carry as many items as you want, but I also think that your inventory should not restrain you from completing a dungeon in one run through, and force you to go back to town in the middle of the dungeon.

No it won't kill the game, but it won't be the same game anymore. Can you understand the difference, I think you can't.

so you want them to not remove any of the flaws, in the majority's mind, of D2, such as constantly full inventories and pot spamming, and just make the same game?

You are indeed, (You in a general form) killing diablo and what it was, what you want is a Hack and slash Wow.

Yea cuz changing the inventory is obviously going to kill the game. OMG MULES AREN'T NEEDED IM GONNA QUIT

It's already unrealistic that you can carry that much equipment in your backpack, why make it frustrating and cause the gameplay to be choppy through constant town portals to sell stuff/put stuff in your stash as opposed to having enough room to make it through a dungeon?

DX10 is only for Vista as far as I know so they won't support it simply because that would exclude some people.

So...since nighttime in D1 looks dark D3 should be dark during daytime? Ok...

Not to mention the King was already corrupted etc when you first enter D1 so yea, your argument is bullshit, there was plenty of evil going on, with Diablo under the cathedral, the King going crazy and whatnot.

D2 also didn't have a 20 year lack of evil before it.

That big hell demon that came out from the wall? That looked an awful lot like a Dragonspawn from WC3.

I'm seeing absolutely NO originality here. I'm seeing nothing but WC3 and WoW. I'm NOT seeing Diablo.

OMG youre right! A 4 legged body with an upright torso! Obviously they are the same...yea so what is that? Centaurs, Assault Beasts, and WC3 Dragonkin are all the same.

I hear theres a lot of exploding undead dogs, locust swarms, and walls of zombies in WoW and WC3 btw, they're obviously not thinking of enough of their own content in the 2 classes and half of 2 zones we've seen.

Honestly, do you really expect to be thrown into an enviornment that is dark and evil when there hasn't been anything dark and evil for 20 years? That just doesn't make any sense. People honestly have to wait a while before they get so critical. The place we see in the gameplay video is obviously NOT supposed to be dark and messed up. If it was a place like a crypt or hell or the area labeled as "The Dreadlands" then I would get worried, but when I see a forest, I'm not going to automatically think OH IT HAS TO BE DARK AND DREARY. If you want this area to be dark, 1. There won't be much darker for them to get as we progress into more and more hell-like territory and 2. It'll get boring. Fast. Sure it worked in D1, but D1 was a dungeon, what do you expect and it was MUCH shorter than this game is going to be. D2 had its brighter enviornments, but when you got to Hell, etc, it got nasty. Just because a forest that you start off in and has been untouched for 20 years isn't evil doesn't mean this game isn't going to live up to the Diablo standard.

Just because the beginning is not all messed up and evil doesn't mean the entire game will be like that. It has been 20 years since something majorly evil happened after all. The good part is the graphics look good so when they do make everything evil, it will look good.

Simply making the game gray and dark will not solve our problems, sure you'll like it at first but 1. Its a lot harder to change that kind of stuff in game as opposed to photoshop and 2. It'll get plain old boring after a while. Just because there is color doesn't mean that color can't be used to make a dark, diablo feeling enviornment. If you want the starting place to be as dark as many people are saying, your entire screen will be black when they get to the real evil stuff. Honestly, wait till we see some of the real evil enviornments before you start worrying.
