Ok. This is massive. Right now you can fill in info for 90 skill levels (god damn). Currently thre are three different headers, each for a segment of 30 skill levels. That could be reworked, but would take longer. It can be changed in the future regardless.
I think we all realize that sitting and getting that info through the game is going to pain if it is to be done for all 200+ skills. Pure pain.
So, either a lot of people group together and do this piece by piece, or we could try and get a program to fill out the values, since I understand there are equations for calculating skill damage etc. somewhere. Or a combination of these.
But first let me know what you think of the look. It's basically the same as the regular skill template, except with a lot more levels.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
The Level 1 and level 6 skills have a max of 30. (Hard Points)
The level 12 and 18 skills have a max of 25. (Hard Points)
The level 24 and 30 skills have a max of 20. (Hard Points)
It is common for most builds to get skills up to the 60's and Higher. If players devote to getting skills (+all and +class skill jewels) then it is likely they will reach the cap of 100 skills.
The progression for skill damage will be the same after skill level 29. unless it is on a diminishing return but that information is available at the main ES Wiki.

Through levelling yes. But in ES the bar is raised to 30, and in both ES and LoD, skills continue to gain the bonuses if your pour points into them after the max level. Difference is, in ES you are apparently quite likely to reach beyond the max lvl.

Skills are changed. Some new skills added. Some skills have moved to other characters. New items. New runewords. added Japanese runes. Added many recipes. Made monsters more difficult. Changed the skills for the hirelings and made them more balanced as a whole. You can socket all items. You can make a runeword in a Veteran Charm (special charm) you can add socket to specially created charms. Hirelings have access to gloves, belts, boots, rings and amulet.
I have likely missed a few things but you get the idea.

I wonder if that program can take into account spell mastery as well.

Not quite. Hellfire was an expansion created and released by Sierra Entertainment, and was dubbed the "Official" expansion by Blizzard.
These are mods for the game itself, created by players, for players.
