Picked the game up a few days after release. It' pretty fucking fun, s00per br00tal. I've been maining with Smoke, kinda starting to get the hang of it, I can pull off some juggles and such. What about all of my DFriends out there?! Any of you guys fellow Kombatants?

Though at the moment I'm story-moding, and every so often go to challenge tower. Absolutely love this game.

When I start arcading or playing with friends (summer break should start soon = summer parties by my house) prolly main with any of the ninjas, depending on which style/attacks I'm in the mood for, I know, cliche, but the trio (scorp, Subs and Reptile) have always been my favorite and the few times I played Smoke, I loved him so I'm adding him to the list too

Btw, I'm only half way through story mode and brushed the regular 'choose your fighter' area a few times during practice or the one or two times I played arcade. Am I just blind or is Quan Chi not there (on single player, offline)? or do you have to unlock him or something?

Is it like the old Mortal Kombat where I can epic fatality slice off your head with Kung-Lau's hat? If it is, I'm getting it.

Nox: First off I haven't seen you around here so you must be new, welcome to the forums bro and yeah I think Quan Chi is an unlock or something. Doesn't bother me though, i'm not much of a sorceror (for lack of a better word) player anyway. I think I might try and learn to play Johnny Cage, he's pretty hard but I have seen people who have him mastered and it is insane how good he can be.

I dont have ps3 or xbox but my friends do so ill probably play this somewhere soon. However, i am very excited for this release. Mortal Kombat is awesome. I remember buying Mk3 back in 96 i think... It was the shit.

The game is pretty fun, I play it at my friends house and we always play king of the hill with a bunch of us. My best win streak is currently 4 but I'm not too great at the game =P

I look very much forward to playing this. Me and my friends regularily play Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection and it's loads of fun.

MK is a game I've always tried to stay loyal to. It was my first all time favorite game before Diablo. But I don't have a system anymore since it was stolen so..no MK for me for the indefinite future.
