So I've recently gotten into Breaking Bad. Pretty good show so far despite a glaring plot hole that kind of made me mad because it was way too convenient for a certain party.
In other news, I have established; from now until the release of DIII, I will hit the gym at least 3/4 of the days between now and then.
So.. .yeah. Hopefully I can accomplish my goal. I went clothes shopping today and I felt like a bag of shit, so I've taken it upon myself to make sure I do this. My gym membership expires in mid-June, so I have to make sure I can do this (at least) and see if I can, hopefully, get an extension on it.

Just remember to start off slow! If you get too sore it will make you not want to go anymore. Start off with a 10~15 min workout then progress ~5 mins each visit until you feel like you're getting a good workout. Make sure to eat healthy too or it'll decrease your drive to go too. Just don't expect immediate results! It will take some effort but you'll eventually notice all of a sudden how thin you look.
And if you get bored doing the same thing day-to-day, this site has helped me quite a bit: http://www.bodyrock.tv/
Best advice I can give you: eliminate soda's entirely from your diet. Water is basically all I drink now and it helps eliminate so many unnecessary calories.
Yeah, I definitely know the benefit of taking it slow. On my first day at the gym last year, one of the trainers took me through this routine that just destroyed me. I don't entirely remember all I did, but it was a lot and my legs felt sore for four days after that. I remember filling up my water bottle twice and, as a consequence of drinking too much too quickly, I threw up outside.
I still went to the gym after that, but it didn't feel the same. Since I've been in school, I've hardly been able to go, but now I've decided to just go all in and try to accomplish something before my life is utterly raped by Diablo III.
Thanks for the advice, Tralari.

Just remember: 1 ingredient foods! No processed foods! Meats, eggs, veggies, fruits are the way to go. Best way to adapt your eating habits is eliminating one bad eating habit at a time.
I've actually considered eating way more vegetables and fruits than meats and mainly getting complete carbohydrates from rice and beans, especially beans for the protein benefit.

It's brought absolutely nothing to attention (to me) other than the fact that he was arrested, and that he wanted to be arrested. As soon as I read that headline I was done with it. The fact that a celebraty was arrested seems to interest people more than what he was trying to bring to attention, and I think it's a stupid way to do things.
You have a point, but even if it was to get attention to himself, people now know that something is going on over there.

Watching that lady is very motivating I worked chest, abs, and climbed the Empire State building on the StairMasters last night. I find picking a StairMaster in the far back where I can truly appreciate the finer aspects of nature in front of me helps me to climb!

Oh you got one of those kind of trainers OUCH. Some trainers think everyone should workout like they do. Often times they don't think about the condition the person is in they are training. They end up scaring more people out of the gym than getting them to come back and ramp up.
Mad respect bro.
My legs are hurting

I want this shirt:
Just a black tee but it has a pocket and it's a cat. Like, how could I resist? Here's a link for those who are curious:

You ARE insinuating they'd be crying right?
Cmon guys I need friends in high places!
Hint hint Freddy/Vegas/Others
I won't be applying. I thought about it for a split second, then slapped myself upside the head. Lol. Won't be going down that road again!
So nobody is commenting that George Clooney went to jail for protesting? Seriously?
Also I think this is all so we can invade Africa and plunder it's resources.
It was tempting a couple times. Just go through the list and ban everybody.
I think it's gone through every mod's mind at least once. Lol.

How about being your own bestest of best friend and apply yourself?!
No Jaundice?!?! I'll apply just to ban you for posting legitimate and reasonable things. Muhahahahahaha :Thumbs Up:
Blue text at the bottom of my avatar would look awesome and then finally people will respect and bow before me!
"It smells of sex in here." - That black cop opening the back of the truck with 2 of the dude cops in the back.
Edit: didn't watch the vid, our internet is super slow atm.

You have my support, myself my job might yank me away for a month or two when things get crazy busy. I struggle to get here once a day.
:Thumbs Up:
