Ha ha... my curiosity had the better of me and I had to go searching to see who posted the remix. It was Yos on page 44. But I ran across this post that I somehow completely missed that was directed to me.
I think it's time that I educated you bitches on this band: Defeater.
This band has released two albums thus far, both concept albums revolving around a family in New Jersey that becomes torn apart from the struggles of both parents, the murder of one, and the fading away of another. It's very much a story of drastic change and the quest to find solace and redemption when everything you once loved either falls away or is forcefully taken from you. Both albums are very powerful and once you get the story of the two brothers figured out, going back and listening to the albums again paints a very vivid story. The track that I posted is the official "start" of the story.
EDIT: You probably won't like their sound if you don't like hardcore.

I hate the way you cling to ignorance and pass it off as innocence
This is a song; everything I know about songwriting will be referred back to this track. Since I heard this track last year, I have been hard pressed to find a song that could capture such pure emotion with tonality, lyrics, and progression throughout.
Holy. Fucking. Shit.

Ha ha.. didn't notice. I love Netsky, though. Strobot was one of my favorites on the UKF Bass Culture album.
I Love Rains.
