I am proposing a wise rule (possibly the only thing wise that ever came out of my school) that all the football coaches abided by at my high school.
The rule is that any coach (anyone with the authority here) could not kick a player off the team until they had 24 hours to cool down/think about it. After the 24 hours if they still felt the same way they player was out. I think it would be useful here so that anyone (except Lord Silver Himself) could not kick somone out on a whim

I see no problem having this adapted. Any sensible person will think over serious decisions. Whether kicking of a member is serious or not though is up for debate.
Besides, Is anyone hurt by implementing this?
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

plasticcomplex has formed a section of SICK which is shortened as UONO (under oath, not order). we are dedicated to SICK but do not do their work, such as following codes or commands. don't take this the wrong way. we are allies of SICK and Lord Silver and by no means wish to turn agaisnt them, just not be subject to ranking or being controlled.
put UNDER OATH, NOT ORDER in your signiture to join. we are currently 3 men strong, and i wish to invite True-Saber, Juicy Bones, and Doppleganger to our cause as well.

I believe that if the commander of a legion experiences something with lower ranked soldiers...he should report privately to the Battalion Commander. (Praefectus's Commanding Officer) Then that battalion commander will make the decision whether to report it to the execution council or not. I think that this is a matter that must be attended to but still keep the power to the higher ups.

is this directed at me? because i am under the impression that i am going to be executed when i caused no harm at all. i politely asked true-saber if he wished to joing my branch and he politely declined; painless. my rank may be lower than true-saber but this is an open forum and i should be allowed to speak to a higher-ranking commander. i could be wrong, this may have nothing to do with me, i am just jumping to a quick conclusion; so please, correct me if i am wrong, and i am sorry for my assumption.

This was no directed at you my friend. I was merely putting a suggested form of trouble reporting to our guild. This way we can prevent any further quick conclusions within our guils. A teadious process that uses investigation and analysis from executing or banning members.
