I'll agree... It's a bit too much glow. They should reserve flashy looks for weapons that are actually good. What was that Barbarian holding? A 93-100 dmg hammer/maul with fire damage? Thing had like a 2 foot trail of fire whenever it swung.
I think that you shouldnt be able to enchant weapons with major glow effects, the major effects should only be found already on the item, or a little scroll that can be placed on the item..all the minor effects should be able to added by the player imo.
Yea because I know it will end up turning like WoW where every person has a glowing weapon of some sort, making them all real bad asses!
I guess you'd rather a MAGIC weapon just look like a normal weapon?
Give me a break. Use a little logic and common sense, they had to design it some way to fit the times and they happened to use a similar method to WoW. Who cares. They own WoW, they own Diablo, what does it matter? It's not like one of the bosses is going to be Arthas and you will fly gryphons from town to town.
True, but every weapon?? come on.... Also i wouldn't be surprised if they introduced a fluffy flying creature of sorts.
I don't think every weapon will have a glow, HOPEFULLY the glow will also scale with the elemental damage on the weapon so a noob weapon with say 1-8 lightning damage will barely have a aura. Either way it's fine with me. I prefer some aura to no aura.
That dear sir is called a low poly object.. and it doesn't have a normal map, so It looks like that. It is not fluffy and is carved out of stone. If that bothers you tell blizzard to put normal maps on arbitrary objects in the game and let everyone know they will need a new computer to run the game.
echocrhome.
The Necromancer says "All who oppose me...beware"
The Witch Doctor says "BOO NUH MA GA!"
The Cow says "Mooooo"
Deckard Cain Says.....Toy explodes....
edit-- i played my friends wow char for a week so i know some things, wasn't too good.
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.

every weapon that's enchanted... yes.
to the fluffy creature.. no.

that's supposed to be a demonic lion with an evil grin and fangs, but it fails because its so low poly.
