Your mercenary is a bow class, and he/she is firing flaming arrows. At a certain point in the battle, they turn too quickly and ram an arrow right in the back of your head. This would give you kind of a ghost rider look. Your character turns, and goes, "WTF man? Standing right here the whole time...asshole."

Your playing as a wizard, and you shoot a Arcane Bolt at Diablo, it reflects off of his spikes and nails you in the face.

your barbarian stpes in warm demon blood, fall into a rock and smashes his neck, taking 10k hp and dying in the most stupid, yet possible, way to die

48.) Get picked up and the larger than normal sized demon crushes every bone in your body and you go limp... then he continues to beat the rest of your allies with your limp body.

49) in PVP for example melee duel =P
when a barb pwnz another barb and I mean the finishing move, u can cut the other dude in half ? LOLZ
that'd be awesome if they add that 1 in hehe...

50.) A boss with a large spiked mace with a few skulls on the spikes smashes you with a killing blow. One of the spikes pierces through your head and your lifeless body stay swinging from his mace. He grabs your body and separates it from your head, leaving your skull on the spike. Then he throws your carcass at on of your allies. A yells who's next!!

kanye west jumps out from behind a tree and tells you hes gonna let you finish but only after you die once.

53. The monster reaches into your chest and pulls out your whole skeleton while he throws your lump of flesh and skin to the ground.

I had something similar to that in mind, i was gonna say a fatal hit in the temple... Simple non gory and quick lol.

54. as you aproach to the boss he say "ah, fresh meat" or something like that, and cast some spell at you and you get a big blue screen of death.. that would be a big WTF!!

55.) A ghost like apparatus reaches into your chest as you scream loudly.. it then pulls out your soul not to release it, but to burn it away... whispering "there will be no heaven nor hell for you!"

56 - A rather large monster impales you with their weapon. After several failed attempts to fling you off, the foe lowers his weapon and uses his foot to accomplish the task.

57. A boss swats you with its giant hand and smears you on the ground.

58) Boss gets furious, rips off your arms and shoves them down your throat. You die of asphyxiation and excessive bleeding after x seconds.

A huge fire demon grabs your character lifts him/her off the ground and unleashes a white hot stream of fire out of it's mouth, holding you in it. Your character first tries to escape but than only tries helplessly to block the inferno, any metal gear the character has on quickly turns orange as his/her flesh turns to ash, and only your metal armor falls to the ground.

How about a death like in Aliens, where you get stuck with a sharp tail, lifted up, and then ripped in half by the two hands?

62. A boss removes your legs and leaves you for his minions to finish you off!
