If that's the case, you don't need an avatar.
It's essentially making avatars a reward for being a larger part of the community than most people. -

Jul 22, 2008goodguy8705 posted a message on Bashiok Answers Gameplay Video ConcernsI wish people would just let Blizzard do their job, which is release AAA titles that come with massive critical acclaim and millions of fans. I'm pretty sure they know what they're doing better than anyone.Posted in: News

But yeah, I'm glad to see they are reading our comments and actually taking it to Diablo. Atleast when Diablo 3 releases, we'll know part of it's glory was due to it's fans.

As games get more sophisticated, their bandwidth requirements get higher, NEVER lower.

Who cares if you, as one player connected get no lag. It's irrelevant. If I want to have friends over for a night of networking, we are all going to be using the exact same connection, which will create lag.
Lanning up is about being able to shit talk to someone's face, and that's exactly what they are taking away.

Mod or not, you can't tell me I'm wrong in a post, then turn around and delete a post where I tell you you're wrong. It's bullshit.
0
That's unfortunate, because I'm never wrong and if you think I'm wrong, you clearly have no clue what you're talking about.

You ever have eight people connect out to a server from the same connection? I'm thinking no.

I really only wanted it for the campaign, and normally I support Blizzard regardless of if I plan to go online or not, but now, I think I'm not going to buy this.

How do you guys feel about this?
I for one think it's a terrible idea as some of the most fun I've ever had was getting three or four friends together for LAN parties.

It's excellent. It's a shame they didn't sell well.

And like I said about the combat, there is nothing special about it. Any monkey that can button mash can beat the GoW games.
I don't agree with the concept that a developer that has only made good games can only make good games. Same goes for Square Enix and Blizzard.

No it won't.
So many people have no idea how the industry works yet still decide to actively pretend they know the outcomes.
GoW3 had competition this time around, games like Dante's Inferno, which in my opinion actually looks like it will be a better game. GoW3 is just repetitive combat wrapped in a pretty bow, which by the way, isn't nearly as pretty as the developers made it out to be.
Overall, I'd say God of War is probably the 3rd most overrated series of all time, right after Halo and Final Fantasy.

A .22 pistol will rarely penetrate a human skull, and even then, it wouldn't ricochet around inside.
Bad news man, you failed the zombie apocalypse.
