The formula was just derived from testing yesterday and my friends tried it out with a few numbers, but I'm in particular unsure about shrines - so let me know if you find any mistake.
New feature: It now stores font setting and all selected bonuses, so if you hit refresh it doesn't automatically reset to the default setting. It's also working in most recent browser versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer (if you are using an older browser update your browser, it's kind of the right move because of security issues anyways).
It seems nice! But I wonder, why? :/ we already have the bonus experience in the character sheet? Or is there some hidden feature I do not know of?
Well, the initial motivation for this was about a year ago to figure out if it's still justified to wear ruby/HR on high MP levels. And I wanted to get back into JQuery and stuff.
I revised the website just now because I'm simply curious to figure out what the right formula is; kinda reverse-engineering the purpose a bit.
What's it useful for right now? You see the increase in bonus XP *when you change* something in your setup, but you can't always just ask 2 people to join and then switch to T5 to figure out how much more XP it would net. It's for theorycrafting.
I'm actually surprised as to how many people use that site; the old URL (d3xp.weebly.com) had many many many hits on Google and apparently was posted in various forums. Despite being out of date the website still got about 50 hits per day. All in all over the past 11 month or so the site had over 60k unique visits, so I guess it's helpful for some people. That's another reason why I thought it might be worthwhile to revise it :-)
