So as i see it, everybody is just making super aggressive glass canon wizard builds for softcore, labeling it "hc viable", which is bullshit. So i ask, does anyone have any good tip for working and safe s3 hc wiz build?

WEll ye, but you can run T6 with basicaly anything, Im talking about the 30+ gr.
What i had in mind was new slow set as cold, either with focus rings, or with coldburns, rimeheart and rrog. But many people discourage me by saying new talk set is vastly superior and that gearing for this build is waste of time

The sc builds already offers a lot of mitigation. With those as base builds there are several things you can do. The least damage suffering would probably be to:
Get ancient parthan defenders. Things that proc these are e.g. blizzard -> frozen solid, teleport -> calamity, ice armor + halo of arlyse ring (frost nova procs). Throw in a double unity follower cannot die setup and you're pretty much invincible.
Combine this with 6pc tal's and 2pc firebirds + unstable anomally passive for two cheat death passives. You'd have to be either reckless, stupid or both to die with this setup in T6. The defensive gems are also viable options for increasing toughness although they will make you suffer damage wise.
Delsere's is another option, but imo it would make you suffer damage wise, and you'll get trouble choosing which skills to use. Blizzard and teleport + halo of arlyse offers more than enough cc so the bubbles would only get in the way on your skillbar. I think I'd rather go with a full delsere's build rather than combining it with tal's. Both builds offers great DPS with their 6pc bonuses.
I used this to clear a GR 40 yesterday. (i was using blizz with stun instead of meteor and force armor instead of teleport).
I am pretty sure i can push even more, but this was my first 40 and i got a pretty bad mob type, charging angels and some other leap mobs, got Orlash as a boss, and i still got it. I am not sure if i should change to focus and restraint and drop the tasker and theos though. (but its just so rippy..) also concidering 2p firebirds instead of tasker and theos and skeleton shoulders. (cant want to get rid of this slow furnace btw, so i can use another ring than royal grandour and still have 6p tal.)
I have been playing the DMO 6-pc build and it clears T6 quickly with little problem. Highest I've tried solo was 27 and did it in about 5 minutes. I will be trying for 30+ tonight and will report back with the results.. Or you could watch it live on Twitch.
Teleport - Safe Passage
Slow Time - Exhaustion
Magic Weapon - Force Weapon
Energy Armor - Prismatic Armor
Shock Pulse - Power Affinity
Arcane Orb - Obliteration
Passives:
Blur
Unstable Anomaly
Illusionist
Dominance
Gems:
Gizzard
Zei's
BoT
Required:
Gesture of Orpheus (my opinion you can probably do without)
6pc DMO OR 5pc DMO + RoRG and Crown of Primus (Slow time all runes)
Triumvirate
The runes here can be tweaked to your gear. My Gesture of Orpheus and other gear all have arcane so I specc'd that damage. I just found Focus and Restraint last night and now Each arcane orb deals ~1.2 billion damage when the mob is in the bubble. Once Kadala or a RG gives me Tal's belt I will try out DMO6/TR2.
Before I found F/R I was using Halo and RoRG along with the slow time Helm. That was a lot of fun, probably a good deal safer too, but not nearly the same dmg output. My current gear/spec should be able to get mid 30s without too much trouble. Once my main gems are all at least 25 I will push for higher solo GRs.
I'm currently running with this https://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/frankthetank-2614/hero/58909933 I have changed out some of the gear though but the build is the same. I'm currently running a random ancient weapon + tal'rasha offhand, focus and restraint rings, those are the differences from bnet gear. I almost always play with friends so I have only ran solo 35 atm I think but I can probably do 40 solo now. We have done grift 45 as a group and almost finished a 47 yesterday but for some reason we all got kicked out of the game right before the rift boss died we had around 5 min left on timer with less than 20% hp on the boss.
I love the gizzard gem as it keeps me more stable and im thinking about switching out one damage gem for esoteric on higher grifts for more safety.
Dunono. Went yestersday solo 35. Finished it like in 7 mins, but because there were no mobs. Still even arrow from white skeleton can bring me to like 30% hp. Using Zei, Bane and Gizz gems. No Unity. Can try Esoteric gem while i don't have Unity. But not sure if it will help.
Except for physical, poison is a a real deal. Mara can help, but if you have FB set for 1 set bonus and want to get rid of RRG for a proper rings, then you will use TR amu.
I was thinking about get rid of FB, but yesterday while runing 39 3 man w/o support i was to careless and got 2 procs from poison So i am glad i did't
Well, I just died in a 42 to a sea of thunderstorms. Successfully did a 41 with the DMO build though. I did feel that with my gear that was about the limit.

Doing 4 man 40+ farm with this
Tried with taskers, hydra wand and fb offhand (tr head and amu). Was not bad, but my taskers were bad.

My solo best so far is 40 on seasonal HC. I'm just using a bog standard frozen orb DMO build.
My profile is in my sig you want to look, but it's pretty much cookie cutter everything.

I am a standard Tal Rasha build with RF and Focus/Restraint. I have completed a 39 so far in 8:30. Going to push higher soon.

Atm did only 42 with melee build. Tried 44-46, but it's crapy mobs or bosses. But will do it soon.
Feels solid. Much less dmg taken, not that spiky as before. Poison still hits hard, except for poison pools.
Fire chain + fear + jumping on you can be scary.
