After getting a little lucky, I tried to play along with a cindercoat that I found it. This build needs cindercoat and lots of dicipline to work. Magefist, bracer or anything else with +fire damage will help a lot too. 3 new Natalyas pcs, +discipline in quiver and weapon just makes this build shines, and I'll explain why. I use two versions of this build. The first one is the bola shot version, and only works with Emimei's Duffel. This is my equipment using the bola shot version:
Bola shot - imminent doom = a no brainer. Fire damage, AOE and greater damage. Cluster Arrow - Loaded for Bear = This is the killer. Just blows everything and Cindercoat will make hurt more and cost less. Its amazing! Preparation - Punishment = Thats why you will need so much discipline. In rare mobs and bosses, just empty your hatred with Cluster Arrows and keep recharging it with this, killing everything in sight. Marked for death - Mortal Enemy = Its amazing to fill out your hatred if you get yourself too low on discipline. Vault - Tumble = I just love the mobility it gives and helps me a lot to keep steady aim active, but you can go with any other defensive skill here. Companion - Wolf = The DPS gain with it is ridiculous, but boar is a nice one in higher torments, and bat helps a lot in hatred regen.
The second version of this build is without the quiver (in my case I use another one hand crossbow with lots of discipline). Just change bola for entagling shot with justice is served and steady aim for cull of the weak.
With this build, I'm doing pretty well in T4. T5 is completly doable but everything hurts too much...with a little more toughness it will be ok. You can try T6 too, but right now it just stress me out. Either way, using Loaded for Bear like crazy really clean out mobs ridiculous fast. Will try to make a video in T4 later on. What do you guys think?
Nice build, I was playing around with fire skills too. This build with Cindercoat+Magefist+Andariels Visage is a killer. Also if you lack discipline use Night Stalker instead of Seady Aim. You can keep shooting everything down as long as you crit you get discipline back.
You probably don't want to use Andarial's. That causes you additional fire damage (unless you roll +fire as well on it but there are probably better helmet choices). I'm using Cindercoat+Magefist+Custerian+socketed Hellrack for some serious fire damage. Grenades hitting for around 2mil with cluster arrow crits for 10mil. If I stay away from packs, because of pridefall+magefist+cindercoat I can use cluster arrow 7-10 times in a row before I run out of hatred. I've been using a wolf but may try the bat to see how much the hatred regen helps. This guy is still a work in progress, been spending the past week on tweaking.

Hey Rad, you're the one that helped me build my DH! I don't have an issue with fire damage, I rarely die now in torment 1 thanks to you. I'm comparing vault vs. smoke screen for avoidance which is why I have both at the moment.
Changed my gear....finally find out my cindercoat and magefist. So now I can blow everything in T3 in mere seconds, making it the most efficient run for me right now. Added defensive passives so I wont be one shoted in T4.

My quiver dont have crit chance, but the discipline, the toughness and the special ability really shines.
Here is the build:
